中文摘要：	从2006年开始，我国银行业正式实现完全对外开放，外资银行在我国发展过程中并不受到地区以及服务范围限制，我国银行业市场中出现了更多外资银行的身影。外资银行在我国发展既具有优势，也存在一定的问题，具体来说，可以让我国银行业拥有更多的发展机遇，同时我国银行业发展压力也更大。在这种趋势下，中国的银行业也己经全面对外开放，融入到金融全球化的浪潮。研究中国银行业应对外资银行的战略己经成为摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。本文在金融国际化相关理论基础之上，以外资银行进入为研究背景，对我国银行业的发展战略问题进行了深入分析。通过SWOT分析方法、波特“五力”分析法的运用，为我国银行业的战略发展方向勾画出了明确的构想。此研究的主体内容涉猎涵盖以下几方面：本文首先分析了外资银行进入中国的现状，总结了外资银行在中国发展的主要特征和进入的市场程度，并分析了外资银行进入中国的主要原因。在此背景下，分析中国银行业的发展现状，并利用SWOT分析法对中国银行业深入分析，重点剖析在外资银行的进入下，中国银行业的生存状态。在SWOT的分析基础上，对中国银行业面对外资银行的发展战略进行选择，并通过中国银行业的竞争现状分析，提出我国银行业的战略定位。 最后，论文提出了中国银行业的发展战略的具体实施，从产品战略、人才战略、国际化战略和客户关系维护战略四个方面进行阐述。当前，全球经济发展具有一体化特点，未来金融发展趋向全球化，我国银行业发展需要解决这样一个问题，即在世界市场竞争中占据竞争优势。因而，通过深入探索中国银行业的发展战略，对指导中国银行业国际化发展的实践有着重要意义。
英文摘要：	Since 2006, our country banking industry formally implement fully opening to the outside world, foreign Banks in the process of development in our country is not is limited by region and service range, appeared more and more foreign Banks in the banking market of our country. Foreign Banks has the advantages of the development in our country, there are also some problems, in particular, can make our country banking industry has more development opportunities and also greater pressure banking development in our country. Under this trend, China's banking sector also has comprehensive opening to the outside world, into the wave of financial globalisation. Research strategy of China's banking industry to foreign Banks has become an important subject in front of us. In this paper, based on the internationalization of financial theory to foreign Banks to enter as the research background, the article analyzes the problem of the development strategy of China's banking industry. Through the SWOT analysis method, the use of porter "young" analysis, for the development of China's banking industry put forward the concrete development strategy. The main content of this study include the following aspects: This article first analyzes the present situation of foreign Banks into China, summarizes the main characteristics of the foreign Banks in China development degree and enter the market, and analyzes the main cause of foreign Banks into China. In this background, analyze the present situation of the development of China's banking industry and use SWOT analysis of China's banking sector in-depth analysis, it analyzes under the entering of foreign Banks, the state of existence of China's banking sector. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the development strategy of foreign capital bank in China banking industry face to choose, and through the analysis of the competition status of China's banking sector, put forward the strategic positioning of China's banking industry. Finally, the paper puts forward the specific implementation of the development strategy of China's banking sector, from the product strategy, talent strategy, internationalization strategy and customer relationship maintenance strategy four aspects in this paper. At present, the development of the global economy has the characteristics of integration, the future financial development tendency of globalization, our country banking industry development needs to solve such a problem, which occupy the competitive advantage in the market competition in the world. Therefore, by exploring the development strategy of China's banking sector, to guide the practice of the development of Chinese banking internationalization has important significance.
