中文摘要: | 我国是农业大国,农业在经济中占有重要地位。然而在当前土地、人口等资源约束趋紧的时代背景下,我国农业面临化肥过量施用及施肥结构不科学;粮食增产挑战巨大;农业生产成本居高不下,收益水平有限等方面的挑战。单纯依靠资源(化肥)投入实现增产的时代一去不复返,以“融合”思维构建化肥工业体系,从科学施肥切入,借助终端智能配肥站的大数据平台,为形成农业生产一体化解决方案提供了可能。同时,对于化肥生产型企业来讲,单纯依靠固定资产投资、产能扩张产生规模经济,推动产品单位成本降低来获得利润,在产能严重过剩的今天已不能成为企业发展的未来。未来的发展,只能依托创新化的经营、销售模式,借助工业4.0模式,对农业信息、技术集成,对涉及到的主要农业资源进行整合重组,最终构建起一个完整的农业“生态”系统。为此,当前对于产能过剩的化肥行业来讲,最重要的工作是建立这样一个技术集成系统,将碎片化的农业生产信息全部“融合”到这个系统中,借助大数据运算平台,创新企业营销模式,实现磷肥行业未来利润增长点,也为我国农业生产从机械化到智能化的跨越式发展做贡献。化肥工业4.0模式构建,化肥工业引入4.0技术以后,将呈现出智能生产、科学施肥、定制服务、信息共享的四个特征。这种模式可以促进产量提升、优化农化服务、促进农业生产成本降低、减少假劣农资、满足信息化需求的直接效果。同时,改善了施肥结构,节省了人力投入,改良了土壤条件,初步整合了农业投入资源,通过化肥施用结构的调整提高化肥利用效率,从而保障粮食增产、农民增收,支撑起我国农业的可持续发展。 | |
英文摘要: | China is a big agricultural country and agriculture plays an important role in the economy. However, under the background of tightening of the land and the population resource constraints, the agriculture of our country faces the overuse of chemical fertilizer and fertilizer structure is not scientific; grain yield enormous challenges; the high cost of agricultural production, income level limited aspects of the challenge.
