| 中文摘要: | 在市场经济环境中,合同作为经济活动的重要依据和行事标准,成为了代表企业商业经营行为的一个核心载体。合同管理是现代企业管理的一项重要内容,它对企业的风险防范、成本控制和运营效率都起到了重要的影响作用。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业合同管理水平的高低,直接影响到企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。 随着电梯行业的不断发展,电梯市场的日趋饱和,同时电梯领域的激烈竞争已经从产品、服务、营销策略扩展至合同管理水平和合同管理效率层面。奥的斯电梯,作为全球最大的电梯公司,在不断提升产品技术,快速扩张营销网络的同时,逐渐意识到,合同相关组织效率和制度管理上的滞后,已经制约了企业的发展。在此背景下,为了提升市场反应速度和核心竞争力,奥的斯电梯公司通过一系列组织变革行动,对合同管理进行了组织架构调整和流程优化改进。 本文以合同管理为主题,运用组织变革理论,借助比较研究、系统分析,案例分析等多种研究方法,以奥的斯电梯公司为研究对象,对其合同管理改进动因、过程和改进效果进行了分析研究。文章首先从选题背景和研究方法着手,概要归纳了合同管理概念和组织变革的理论研究。其次基于奥的斯合同管理现状和问题,从行业发展、企业战略调整、客户满意度和管理现状问题四方面剖析了合同管理的改进动因。接着,参照业务流程再造理论,从组织结构、业务流程、管理制度三个方面深入地分析了合同管理改进过程。最后,根据问卷调查数据,通过关键绩效指标分析对改进效果进行了评价,并针对改进不足部分提出了进一步的管理对策建议。 研究表明,合同管理的组织改革效果能够对企业的运营效率和市场竞争力产生直接和正向的影响。企业进行组织变革应当结合行业和自身特点,以市场和客户为导向,以流程为核心,从组织结构调整、业务流程再造、管理制度优化、信息技术革新、人员培养和管理等方面进行多方面管理改进。组织变革最终要达到企业组织动态适应竞争加剧和环境变化的目的。 本文是作者以奥的斯电梯公司多年的工作经验和合同管理实践为基础而写成。以期通过自己的分析和见解,进一步丰富我国合同管理组织变革案例研究,提供一些有借鉴意义的管理方法和管理对策,来推动合同风险控制和管理效率的不断完善和提升,促进企业的健康可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As an important foundation and action standard of modern business activities, contract is a core carrier of corporate business behavior under market economy. Contract Management is an important element of business management, which plays an important role in risk prevention, cost control and operation efficiency. In the highly competitive market environment, the level of enterprise contract management has a direct influence upon the economic efficiency and market competitiveness. With the continuous development of the elevator industry, elevator market increasingly saturated, and the intense competition has been extended from the products, services, marketing strategy to contract management level and contract management efficiency. Otis, the world's largest elevator company, is constantly improving product technology and rapidly expanding marketing network, while realizing that the contract-related lag on efficiency and management, have restricted the development of enterprises. Under this background, in order to improve the market reaction speed and core competitiveness, Otis made organizational restructuring and process optimization improvements for contract management, through a series of organizational changes. In this paper, enterprise contract management is built as the theme. By using the theory of organizational reform, comparative research, systems analysis, case studies and other research methods, the improvement motivation, process and improving effect on contract management of Otis elevator are studied. Firstly, start with the background and research methods, an overview on theoretical study of contract management and organizational change concept are summarized. Secondly, basing on the current situation and problems of contract management, four motivations for Otis contract management are analyzed: the development of the industry, corporate strategy adjustment, customer satisfaction and management issues. Then, referring to business process reengineering theory, analysis on the contract management improvement process is conducted from three aspects, including organizational structure, business processes and management systems. Finally, according to the survey data, through the analysis of key performance indicators, the thesis evaluates the improvement effectiveness, and further proposes the management suggestions for the improvement inadequacy. Studies have shown that the effect of organizational reform on contract management area can have a direct and positive impact on operational efficiency and market competition ability. Enterprise organizational reform should be combined with the industry and their own characteristics, be oriented towards market and customer, and be focus on process. The improvement actions could come from organizational restructuring, business process reengineering, management system optimization, IT innovation, staff training and management. Enterprise ultimately needs to achieve the purposes that organizational dynamic adapts to increasing competition and environmental changes. This thesis is based on the years of working experience and contract management practices from the author in Otis elevator. Through the analysis and insight, hope to further enrich the study case for contract management change research, and provide some reference methods and management strategies which are helpful to enhance the contract risk control, management efficiency, and promote the healthy and sustainable development for enterprise. | |
