中文摘要:伴随着我国企业集团化趋势的愈加明显,集团客户由于规模大、实力强和整体经济效益高等特征,逐渐成为商业银行重点营销和相互竞争的客户资源,集团客户用信余额在各行的贷款中占比不断升高。但集团客户授信中存在着较为严重的信息不对称问题,极易产生过度授信、贷款挪用和道德风险等问题。国内对商业银行集团客户信用风险管理的研究起步较晚,实践中集团授信业务规则、管理体系不尽完善,各级专业管理人员对于集团客户风险管理意识也有待加强。因此,关注客户信用风险管理,尤其是集团客户信用风险管理研究,强化商业银行集团客户信用风险管理,具有重要的理论和实践意义。 据此,本文以NY银行为研究对象,对该行集团客户信用风险管理问题与改进对策进行了如下研究:首先,对银行集团客户信用风险管理的核心概念、理论依据及研究现状进行了界定和梳理;其次,对我国商业银行面临的集团客户信用风险的性质和表现形式进行了归纳,总结了集团客户信用风险具有系统性、隐蔽性和突发性的特点;再次,通过对案例企业:NY银行集团客户信用风险管理的现状分析,指出该行集团客户的信用风险管理在信息搜集、制度建设、规则执行以及信息技术等方面存在的问题与成因。最后,针对上述问题,指出应从降低信息不对称程度、加强集团客户信用风险的精细化和标准化管理等方面着手,对该行的集团客户信用风险管理进行改进,并提出了改进对策有效实施的保障措施。 希望本文的研究结果能够促进案例银行集团客户的信用风险管理,并为其他银行提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:Along with the obvious trend of the collectivization in Chinese enterprises, group clients has become the focused customers of commercial banks on marketing and competition, due to the characteristic of large scale, strength and the overall economic efficiency, thus the proportion of group clients letter balance is rising among all of the loan. But there is a serious information asymmetry problem in the group customer credit granting, and it’s very easy to cause the problems like over-extend credit, misappropriate the loan and moral hazard. The domestic research on customer credit risk management of commercial bank group was started relatively late, and the credit granting rules and management system are not complete, also the consciousness of all professional management personnel at all levels on group clients risk management needs to be strengthened. Therefore, focusing on customer credit risk management, especially the group customer credit risk management research, strengthening credit risk management of commercial Banks to group clients, are significant in both theoretical and practical level. On this basis, this article takes NY Bank as the research example and investigates on bank group customer credit risk management problem and policies. First of all, defines the core concepts, theoretical basis and research status of the bank group customer credit risk management; Second, concludes the nature and form of risk in our country commercial bank group customer credit risk and summarizes the characteristic of group customer credit risk as systematic, concealment and sudden; third, through the analysis of the NY bank group customer risk management current status, the thesis points out the problems and cause on information gathering, system construction, rule execution and information technology. Finally, the thesis points out that the improvement of group customer credit risk management should be conducted on information asymmetry, strengthen the group customer credit risk refinement and standardized management, and also brings up the improvement measures of the effective implementation of the safeguard measures. The study of this thesis can optimize the said bank group customer credit risk management, and provide reference for other Banks.
