中文摘要：	随着中国经济的发展，越来越多的外资企业在华投资建厂，逐渐成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分。但是由于市场竞争的日益激烈，新需求的增加，和新技术的不断涌出，很多企业逐渐意识到，维持企业的竞争优势变的越来越困难，面对的各种挑战也越来越多。如何更好地控制成本，提高企业的运营效率就显得尤为重要。于是，供应链管理的重要性也日益突显。良好的供应链运作流程，对于缩短产品的交付时间，降低总的采购成本，资金链的运转，客户的满意度都有着非常重要的作用和意义。 而采购作为供应链管理中的重要一环，对于成本控制等的影响是尤为重要，也是提升企业竞争的一把利器。很多企业开始从不同的视角来审视自己，拓宽思路，越来越重视采购管理，更多地在寻找适合企业自身的采购战略。采购也不再只是传统意义上单纯的购买。如何在追求高性价比的产品的同时，还要建立更加稳固的战略合作关系，都是值得思考和研究的。 本文依据相关理论，同时结合公司的实际情况，通过对HG公司的采购管理系统的研究和分析，发现存在的问题，找到相应对策。为保证HG公司的采购战略高效运行，企业的可持续性发展，全球竞争力的增强起到一定作用。同时，对于染化行业中相对落后的企业在供应链管理水平的提升和采购战略模式的选择等方面也起到了积极可靠的参考作用。
英文摘要：	With the development of Chinese economy, more and more foreign invested enterprises in China are gradually becoming an important part of China's economic development. However, due to the increasingly fierce market competition, the increase of new demand, and the new technology, a lot of enterprises gradually realized that to maintain the enterprise's competitive advantage becomes more and more difficult, and more and more of the challenges facing. How to control the cost and improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise is very important. Therefore, the importance of supply chain management is becoming more and more important. Good supply chain operation process, to shorten the delivery time, reduce the total cost of procurement, the operation of the capital chain, customer satisfaction has a very important role and significance. Many enterprises begin to look at themselves from different perspectives, broaden their thinking, more and more attention to the procurement management, more and more in search for the enterprise's own procurement strategy. Purchase is no longer just a simple purchase of the traditional sense. In the pursuit of cost-effective products, but also to establish a more stable strategic cooperative relations, are worth thinking and research. Based on the relevant theory and the actual situation of the company, through the research and analysis of HG company's procurement management system, we find the existing problems and find the corresponding countermeasures. In order to ensure the efficient operation of HG company's procurement strategy, the enterprise's sustainable development, and the enhancement of global competitiveness plays a role. At the same time, the dyestuff industry is relatively backward in the enterprises in the supply chain management level upgrading and purchasing strategy and mode selection also plays a positive and reliable reference.
