中文摘要：	近些年来国内经济迅猛发展，国内生产总值日益剧增，我国各大城市发生了翻天覆地的变化，居民生活水平不断提高，地铁为满足居民的出行需求而进一步发展。我国的施工企业市场也随着经济市场的变化，数量大规模增加及规模不断扩大。当前我国建筑市场发展至鼎盛时期，且已倾向于饱和阶段，各施工企业之前间的竞争越来越严峻，施工企业为保全其在竞争市场中的稳定地位及企业收益率的最大化，重中之重的工作任务就是加强企业的成本控制。如何合理控制施工项目成本，加强施工项目建设的安全性和标准性是当前施工企业需要重点关注的问题。本研究在回顾成本控制理论的基础上，以天津地铁五号线施工过程作为研究对象，深入分析了五号线施工过程中成本控制存在的问题。首先，详细介绍了课题的研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状以及研究方法，其次，简要介绍了天津地铁五号线项目成本控制情况，引入作业成本法分析了五号线施工过程中成本情况，根据作业的划分计算了五号线的施工成本，证明天津地铁五号线成本控制工作存在缺陷。本文针对作业成本法分析结果，从成本控制模式、成本控制体系等方面提出天津地铁五号线施工成本控制的措施，进一步优化了五号线成本控制方案，本论文的研究不仅对于中铁十六局天津地铁五号线有着重要的理论意义和应用价值，同时也为其它企业的成本控制提供参考价值。
英文摘要：	In recent years the domestic economy developed rapidly, the fast growing GDP, and earth-shaking changes have taken place in China major cities, as residents living standards improve, the subway further developed to meet residents' travel demand. Our country construction enterprise market also as the change of market economy, the massive increase in number and scale expands. The current development of construction market tend to saturation stage, at the same time, the competition between enterprises at present is increasingly grim situation, construction enterprises want to keep security in stable status in current market and ensure the enterprise to maximize yield, the most important task is to strengthen the cost control of the enterprise. How to reasonably control the construction project cost, strengthen the safety of construction projects and the standard is the problem of the current construction enterprises need to focus on. On the basis of reviewing the cost control theory, this article takes Tianjin metro line five project as the research object, and analyzes the problems in the process of construction of Tianjin metro line five. First of all, this article introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research status and research methods. Secondly, the article introduces the cost control of Tianjin metro line five project .and analyze the cost of construction by using activity based costing method. From the cost control mode, cost control system and other aspects of the five line construction cost system optimization design, and further optimization of the five line cost control scheme. This article not only for the Tianjin metro line five project has important theoretical significance and application value, but also for other enterprises to provide reference value.
