中文摘要:众所周知石油在全球范围内都是非常重要的战略资源。过去10年时间里,全世界对于石油的需求,带动了油价的高速上涨,最高油价上涨至147美金/桶。高油价带来的巨额利益推动了石油工业的高速发展,2014年6月份开始,国际原油市场风云突变,油价开始大幅度下行,从高位直接下探到40美元/桶左右。进入到2015年以后,国际各石油巨头纷纷宣布减产计划,作为石油产业的依附行业油田技术服务行业业务量也深受其影响,各服务公司业务量大不如以前。泥浆服务行业内部每家公司的业务都在不同程度上受到了一定的影响,M泥浆公司的业务量直接缩减到了之前巅峰状态时期的1/6左右,M公司在当前大环境下竞争力已远远不如竞争对手。油田技术服务行业发展至今竞争非常激烈,加之当前环境因素,更是一个重新洗牌的时机。本文通过M公司内部价值链研究,确定公司创造价值的基本价值活动和辅助价值活动的各个环节,可以从这些环节入手,找出这些细分环节创造价值的大小,从而确定对于公司核心竞争力的影响因素。以价值链和核心竞争力为理论基础,结合M泥浆公司的实际情况,构建了公司核心竞争力的评价模型,通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对于公司核心竞争力影响较大的指标进行了评价,并与公司现状进行印证,发现与公司发展现状相符,该模型的有效性从而得到了印证,可以用来指导公司未来核心竞争力的培育与发展。根据本文的分析结果,找到了M泥浆核心竞争力水平不高的最主要原因。本文最后提出的提升M公司核心竞争力的措施,对于同行业的企业有一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:As we all know crude oil is kind of strategic energy which is very important to economic development. Over the past 10 years, the crude oil price has increased rapidly maximum to 147$/bbl. High crude oil price promoted the development of oil industry. Since June 2014, crude oil price had greatly a sudden dropping to about 40$/bbl. In 2015, the oil companies declared production reduction plans, which lead to different level of influence on mud service companies. The revenue of M mud company fell over about 5/6.The core competence of M mud company is not as good as before. This article focuses core competence based on the value chain theory. This is a good opportunity to develop the company itself and beat the competitors under the tough situation of oil field service industry. Through the study on internal value chain of M mud company, this thesis discusses all aspects of basic value activities and auxiliary value activities, evaluates the abilities to create value of subdivisions and determines the influencing factors of the company’s core competitiveness. Based on the theoretical analysis of the core competitiveness and the value chain, with the actual situation of M company, the paper sets the evaluation model of company's core competitiveness to evaluate five important factors by Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The evaluation result matches the fact of M company, which verifies the effectiveness of the model, so it can be applied to guide the cultivation and development of core competitiveness. According to the analysis results, this paper finds out the biggest problem of M company. This thesis puts forward the strategy of improving core competence of M mud company. This model could be also used as a significant reference for other mud companies in petroleum service industry.
