| 中文摘要: | 在信息化的社会中,IT部门在每个公司的作用显得格外的重要。因为良好的信息化建设不仅可以为企业的发展提供良好的助力,更重要的是因为信息化的互联可以突破地域方面的限制。为企业提供一个统一标准的工作平台,在企业内部实现信息共享,从而使企业的资源能够得到高效的利用。因此一个符合公司发展战略,强大的信息技术部门是每一家公司不可或缺的宝贵财富。 欧梯克是一家瑞士跨国企业。在过去的几十年里,欧梯克集团秉承本地化的管理战略,在全球27个国家持续稳健的发展。配合这一本地化管理战略,IT部门也分别散落于世界各地,作为当地的独立部门,为每一家分公司提供本地的IT支持。但是近几年来全球经济下行,同行业间的竞争日趋激烈。欧梯克集团的管理层也开始意识到本地化管理的战略已经不能适应残酷的市场环境。因此,从2012年开始,集团CEO提出对欧梯克集团推行全球化统一管理的战略,实现资源的整合。在集团发展战略转型后两年的时间里,集团的IT管理者开始意识到原有的IT本地化的服务战略渐渐无法满足集团对于全球信息化服务的要求,IT部门在各个方面面临着巨大的挑战。终于,IT服务战略的转型从2013年底开始了。 此论文以作者目前就职的欧梯克公司为案例研究对象,结合作者在IT服务战略转型工作中的经验,深入研究本地化IT服务战略向全球化IT服务战略转型这一过程。作者从IT部门的外部因素,内部因素以及业务部门的需求入手。同时采用理论与信息收集整理相结合的方法,对于欧梯克公司IT服务战略转型这一过程加以总结、归纳与分析。希望通过此次研究,作者可以对公司IT服务战略转型加以更深刻的认识与了解,为今后的工作提供更好的理论基础与实战经验。并且希望对其他需要实现全球化IT服务战略的公司提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the information society, IT department is becoming an extraordinarily important role in each company. Because good information technology can not only provide a good boost for the development of enterprises, more importantly, because of the interconnection of information can break through the restrictions of geographical aspects. To provide enterprises with a unified standard working platform, information sharing within the enterprise, so that enterprises of resources can be efficiently utilized. So a line with the company’s development strategy, a strong information technology sector is essential to every company a valuable asset. Oetiker is a Swiss multinational. In the past few decades, Oetiker Group upholds the localization of management strategies, continued robust growth in the global 27 countries. Cooperate the local management strategy, the IT departments were also scattered around the world, as the local independent department to provide local IT support for each of a branch. However, because the global economic downturn in recent years, competition in the industry is in the increasingly fierce. Oetiker Group's management also began to realize the localization of the management strategy has not adapt to the harsh market environment. Therefore, from the beginning of 2012, the Group CEO presented to Oetiker Group to implement the unified management of global strategies to achieve the integration of resources. After transformation of the Group's development strategy two years, the Group's IT managers are beginning to realize the localization of existing IT service strategy gradually unable to meet the requirements of the Group for the global information technology services, IT departments face enormous in all aspects challenge. Finally, the transition from IT services strategy began from the end of 2013. In this paper, the authors present the inaugural Oetiker company as a case study, Combined with the author experience in IT services strategic transformation work. Depth study of the localization of IT services strategy to the global IT services strategic transformation process. On the IT sector from external factors, internal factors as well as the needs of the business sector to start. At the same time, using the theory with information collected combination of methods, for Oetiker IT services strategic transformation process to summarize and analyzed. We hope that through this study, author may be more profound knowledge and understanding of the IT Services Strategic Transformation in the company. At the same time, provide better theoretical basis and practical experience for future work. And we expect to provide reference to the other companies which need to achieve global IT services strategy. | |
