中文摘要: | 本论文认为提升一个组织的效率,使其能够快速达成组织的管理目标主要是通过两个方面的改进。第一个是发现影响组织效率的因素,找到并加以改善;第二个是以现代化的管理思想为指导思想,如“敏捷管理思想”对管理工作进行相应的提升。 本研究主要针对T公司的外事管理体系进行了深入的分析和研究。通过大量的走访与管理工作的记录,取得了构建敏捷管理体系的第一手资料。本研究通过对传统的外事管理体系进行深入剖析,以及对新体系进行了充分设计,并以实际推广的效果为依据进行研究。 本研究的结论有以下几点:第一,传统组织构建成敏捷组织首先要做到的是找到并克服原有的痼疾。第二,要以人为基础讨论问题、以工作作为分析对象建立完善的制度和流程。第三,要以敏捷管理思想的要求作为努力的目标,并将其原则贯彻到每一项工作中去。第四,敏捷管理体系由于敏捷思想自身的要求,是可以自我更新和自我改良的,通过时间效应的累计,最终可以是组织成为一个高度敏捷、动作一致的有机整体。 | |
英文摘要: | The paper thinks that to elevate the efficiency of an organization and enable it to get across the management objective of the organization quickly, which mainly through two aspects. The first is to find out the elements which influence on the efficiency of the organization, and figure out ways to improve it. The other is to regard the management thought of modernization as the guiding ideology, such as the relevant promotion that ‘acute management thought’ has done to the management works. This study mainly aimed to conduct further analysis and research with the foreign management system of T Company. There has been a first-hand data of acute management system which was gained through a good deal of records of visit and management work. This study was processed based on the in-depth analysis of the traditional foreign management system, the fully design of the new system and the actual efficiency of the popularization. There are conclusions of this study as follow: firstly, in order to reconstruct the traditional organization to the acute organization, the first thing need doing is to find out the knotty problem and overcome it. Secondly, placing human beings as the foundation of the discussion and work as the analytic target so as to establish complete system and theological process. Thirdly, regarding the requirement of acute management thought as the target, and implementing its principle into each job. Fourthly, due to its own requirement, the acute management system is able to conduct self-renewal and self-improvement, and through the cumulative time efficiency, finally the organization will become a organic integrity with high acute and act in an unified way. | |
