| 中文摘要: | 本文通过外部环境的变化对处方药和医疗器械行业的影响,主要分析在医药行业中的利益相关者:需求方-医院医师的需求变化与分销商以及制药生产企业的相互影响和联动,制药企业的分销模式是如何匹配分销商模式的变化,来探讨B医药公司如何通过处方药分销模式的转型,来适应外部环境的变化。主要运用战略管理的相关理论,以及动态战略管理中的商业模式、适应性及组织变革相关理论,通过对B公司外部环境因素的分析,列举B医药公司现有分销模式,存在的问题进行分析对比,形成分销模式转型的动因。进而对B医药公司处方药进行分销模式转型形成转型策略,并提出转型保障,以期对B医药公司分销模式转型的真正实施能有所帮助,同时对其他的企业能有所启发和借鉴。研究的价值在于通过对B医药公司分销模式的转型研究,行业中的其他企业可以借鉴B医药公司的转型研究,来形成自己的战略发展和模式转型,为本企业的生存和发展提供可持续的发展战略。有益于行业内公司的管理层,始终关注对外部环境的变化如何保持企业分销模式与之匹配,如何调整企业的分销模式以抓住新的环境变化,应成为战略决策层急需考虑的问题。通过分销模式的转型,将有助于提高企业的分销效率,在维持企业销售收入的同时压缩分销成本,可以进一步提升企业的生存实力,帮助企业在面临行业巨变的背景下,理顺思路,选择正确的战略决策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Base on the external environmental factors have the impact on the Prescription Drug and the Medical Device industry, this research is to analysis the influence and correspondence on the pharmaceutical industry, the main stakeholders: consumer -hospital doctors needs and request with distributors and pharmaceutical manufactures, to find out what distribution model will be transformed and modified by manufacture to match with the distributor and match the external factors changing. The analysis mainly applied Dynamic Corporate Strategy, the Commercial Paradigm、adaptation、Organization Change related theories,focus on the external environmental factors around the company, to figure out the issues of current distribution model and the driving factors to modify it. Furthermore, it will help B Pharmaceutical Company to conclude the right tactics and the necessary assurance to complete this full strategy in distribution model transformation, and be inspired and enlightened by other pharmaceutical companies. Overall, this paper research will contribute the great value for B Pharmaceutical Company , not only other companies have the reference but also conclude the own strategy task and new distribution model, to provide the continuously strategy on B Pharmaceutical Company survival conditions improvement and development. It still could enhance the company top leadership to pay full attention to the external environmental factors changing and matching with business model, to have the priority consideration to modify own model firstly to match the external new factors. In a short, the suitable strategy of distribution model transformation will improve the efficiency in distribution channel, cut down the cost and keep the company with the same revenue to strengthen the enterprise vitality. | |
