| 中文摘要: | 在当今工业化社会向信息化社会快速转变的进程中,人类社会的经济管理模式已经发生了很大的变化——创造和运用知识去开展创新活动成了人类社会今天创造社会财富和福利的主导手段。而各种创新活动更适合以项目和项目管理的模式去开展,这就导致越来越多的组织选择项目导向的管理模式。这种管理模式适应当前知识经济社会的发展需要,能够最有效的管理组织的有效资源合理运作。 同时,社会环境的变化和竞争的加剧,也对各类型组织的持续健康发展提出了更大的考验。自从学习型组织理论创立以来,世界上掀起了组织学习和创建学习型组织的热潮。学习型组织形态促进了生存在巨变环境中的组织自我提高与超越,从而使组织更好的适应环境变化和竞争需要。 本论文在对相关理论进行研究和与组织实际情况与需求相结合的基础上,分析了两种组织管理理论和思想的主要内容和特征,研究探索将两种管理模式和组织形态进行有机结合,即在组织中同时进行项目导向管理模式和学习型组织形态的创建与改造,这就是本论文所述“项目导向学习型组织建设”的主旨。本论文概括了项目导向学习型组织的基本特征,归纳了进行组织创建和改造的主要思路和方法,为各类型组织在现阶段创建项目导向学习型组织提供了参考与借鉴,对将先进的管理理论与思想付诸实践具有积极的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the swift transition from industrialization society into an information-based society, the economic management mode for human society has changed greatly - initiating innovation activities by knowledge creation and application has become the main method to produce social wealth. More and more organizations adopt project-oriented management mode as innovation activities can be conducted well in project and project-management mode. This mode caters to the development requirement of current knowledge economy society and is able to manage the effective resources to their optimized function. Meanwhile, the change of society environment and intensity of competition also raise more serious challenge to sustainable and healthy development for various organizations. Organization study and learning organization’s establishment have become an upsurge in world since the foundation of the theory about learning organization. The learning organization forms push the companies struggling in greatly changed environment to realize self-improvement and self-transcendence to adapt to the changing environment and competition. This article studies relative theories and combines the actual situation with the requirements, on the basis of which it analyzes the main content and features about two kinds of organization management theories and ideas, studies on the combination of the two management modes and organization forms, that is, set up and reconstruct project-oriented mode and learning organization form in an organization at the same time. This is the general tenor for “The Establishment of Project-Oriented Learning Organization” discussed here. This article summarizes basic features for project-oriented learning organization, concludes main thoughts for setting up and reconstructing an organization, offers references to organizations in establishing project-oriented learning organizations and is instructive for implementing advanced management theory and idea. | |
