中文摘要:伴随着中国电子商务市场规模的迅速扩大,大量中小企业迫切需要能够拓展电子商务市场渠道的服务,因此一批中国电子商务中介企业便应运而生,并且迅速地成长壮大而逐渐成为行业里的新星。这些电子商务中介企业有别于传统中介,研究其成长动因、成长模式、生存的市场环境特征,能对我国电子商务中介市场发展给予理性引导,使这些企业不断在网络市场环境的竞争中创新进取。本文便对这一方面进行了初步探讨。 本论文选题源自南开大学“985工程”项目“中国电子商务中介企业的成长与创新机制研究”。本文是在广泛阅读和分析国内外电子商务中介理论和企业成长理论的基础上,较为深入地分析了电子商务中介企业成长的内生和外生驱动因素。之后,文章运用企业成长生命周期理论,选取了电子商务中介企业当中规模、能力和制度等三个纬度的多个变量,建立了基于生命周期的电子商务中介企业成长模型,并以此为依据将电子商务中介企业成长划分为五个阶段,即孕育期、创业期、快速成长期、成熟期以及衰退期,而且同时对每个阶段的成长特征和目标进行了分析。最后,本文通过案例分析来验证前文有关成长动因和成长模式。 本文的主要创新点在于对电子商务中介企业的成长动因和成长模式及阶段划分的分析和建立。目前有关电子商务中介市场和企业发展的研究在国内还只是处于起步阶段,通过本论文对中介企业的成长动因和成长模式的研究,结合课题项目其它部分,希望能够对中国电子商务中介服务企业的战略创新途径的研究提供一些有价值的启示。  
英文摘要:Along with the China E-commerce market is rapidly expanding, many small enterprises have a same service need, which can improve the channels of the E-commerce market. For this reason, many E-commerce middlemen enterprise have come up, and this kind of enterprise is becoming one of the popular research contents of the enterprise growth theory. These enterprises are different from those traditional ones, which have the special market environment and peculiar growth model. So making out those how to grow up is not only helpful for giving some advances about the development of the China E-commerce market, but also can make the E-commerce enterprises grow up healthily in the hard competition. And this is the main task of this thesis. On the basis of an extensive reading and analyzing the present domestic and international researches of the theory of the E-commerce middleman and enterprise growth, the research bring forward the internal and external driving factors of the E-commerce middleman enterprise growth. And then, according to the theory of the enterprise growth lifecycle, the growth model of E-commerce middleman enterprise is done, in order to divide the process of the E-commerce middleman enterprise growth into five phases. Every phase has special characters and goals. The main innovation of this thesis is that the growth model and growth phases of the E-commerce middleman enterprise are built. The research of the growth of the E-commerce middleman enterprise is at the starting stage. It is expected that the study on the growth model and growth phases of the E-commerce middleman enterprise in this paper and other parts of the whole project will provide some valuable revelations on the research of E-commerce middleman enterprise strategic innovation, and make it more practicability in business.
