| 中文摘要： | 近年随着互联网技术的快速发展，尤其是社交平台的推广、搜索引擎的强化、云计算的发展等相关技术的成熟，以第三方支付、众筹融资、渠道业务、电商信贷等业务形式为代表的互联网金融诞生并以令人惊叹的速度快速发展。互联网金融的发展给人们日常的消费习惯带来了巨大的改变，同时也给传统金融业务尤其是银行产业带来了强力的冲击。因此，了解并分析互联网金融的特征、影响，同时研究银行在此环境下应如何应对发展，都是十分必要的。 本文首先回顾了当前国内外学者对互联网金融的相关研究成果，同时对互联网金融这一概念进行了全面的介绍与解析，详述了互联网金融的发展历程、业务类型以及快速发展的原因。在此基础上充分说明了互联网金融的快速发展对传统银行业务所带来的冲击及影响，并解析了当前银行互联网金融方面的发展情况，提出了商业银行发展互联网金融的理论依据并对NY银行的现状进行SWOT(Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threats)分析，针对性的提出了NY银行在互联网金融环境下应采取的发展战略选择及应对措施，以保证NY银行能够在新形势下紧跟时代步伐，快速健康发展。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the development of internet technology in the last decade, especially the progresses of social platform, search engine strengthen and cloud computing technology, internet finance such as the Third-party payment, crowd funding, channel operation and electricity supplier credit appeared and developed rapidly. Internet finance has greatly changed the normal consume habits of consumers and also brought hard impact on the traditional bank business. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the characteristic of internet finance and find a way that how to do business for bank in the new environment. This paper firstly reviews the current domestic and overseas relevant work in this field, and introduces the concept of internet finance. Meanwhile, the development history of internet finance, the types of business and the reasons of high development speed are discussed. Based that, we investigated how the internet finance influence traditional bank business, and analyzed the current situation of internet finance. Then, we proposed the theoretical basis of how NY bank to develop internet business and conducted SWOT (Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threats) analysis for traditional bank. Finally, a targeted strategic measure for NY bank development in internet finance environment has been proposed to ensure NY bank keep pace with the times. | |
