| 中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的发展,结合参考服务功能的信息共享空间正好为图书馆拓展服务提供了良机,现在,信息共享空间已成为我国高校图书馆中一种流行的服务模式。而在调查过程中发现,外语类院校图书馆中建设信息共享空间的实例并不多,已有的空间服务也多是以研讨室预约等基本服务模式为主,并未开展学科参考咨询和主题网站等高层次的服务。因此,本研究根据滨海校区图书馆现有的场馆情况,充分利用信息共享空间领域已有的研究成果,选取国内外六所高校图书馆信息共享空间构建实例,进行横向比较分析。同时,以滨海校区图书馆现有的参考咨询室为契机,提出建设信息共享空间服务模式的设想。文章采用了实例分析和问卷调查相结合的研究方法,利用搜集到的国内外权威文献作为本文的理论来源,结合其他学科如社会学中的社会建构主义理论,理清信息共享空间的由来、概念与要素的界定。在实证研究方面,通过设计调查问卷,利用定量分析和定性分析相结合的研究方法,借助SPSS等统计分析软件,针对回收的问卷进行数据分析。针对调研数据,研究做出“滨海校区的用户群体对于信息共享空间的需求是存在的,图书馆建设此种空间形式,对于创新用户服务模式,满足用户的需求是必要的,也是可行的”这个结论。同时认为滨海校区图书馆信息共享空间的建设要因时因地因人,不能照搬理论和他人的实践经验。因此,研究从实体层、虚拟层和支持层三个方面提出天津外国语大学滨海校区图书馆信息共享空间的基本模型及构建方案,并指出如何结合图书馆的物理环境、虚拟环境和人员结构,针对空间建设过程中较容易出现的资金投入、人员挑选和培训以及组织管理规章的制定等问题,构建适合滨海校区图书馆的,具有外语类专业特色的信息共享空间模式。 图8幅,表10个,参考文献60篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of information technology, Information Commons combined with the function of reference service provides a good opportunity for the development service of the libraries. Information Commons has become a popular mode of service and service space in Academic Libraries of China now. The discovery in the processing of pre-investigation is that the construction of Information Commons in the library of foreign language colleges is not so much, and the subsistent service is mainly based on the model of discussion room reservation without some high levels of service of subject reference and thematic website’s construction with rich content. Therefore, this study is based on the existing stadium in the library of Binhai School, makes full use of the existing research results in the field of Information Commons and understanding of the Information Commons’ development in domestic university library. Conducts the comparative analysis in transverse, takes the opportunity with the reference room of Information Commons characteristic in our library, and advances an idea of building Information Commons service. This article uses a method of case analysis and questionnaire survey, makes use of domestic and foreign authoritative literature collected as the theoretical sources, combining with other subjects such as social constructivism theory in Sociology, clarifying the origin, concept and key elements of Information Commons. In empirical research, by designing the questionnaire and using the research method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined, with SPSS and other statistical analysis software, data analysis for the returned questionnaires. Through the analytic result compared with these three cases in Information Commons, and the users’ needs of our school library, the conclusion I have got in this study is that the demand of Information Commons is existent for the users in Binhai school, it’s not only necessary but also feasible for innovating users’ service model and satisfied their needs by building this kind of spaces. What's more, the construction of Information Commons in Binhai school must be suited our measures to differing conditions in terms of locality, time, and persons involved, it should be prohibited that copy other people's theory and practical experience. This article puts forward the basic model and construction scheme of Information Commons in Tianjin Foreign Language Studies University Binhai School from three parts, entity level, virtual level and support level. Also points out how to combine the physical environment, the virtual environment and the personnel structure of the library, be aimed at the problems in the process of space construction such as funding, personnel selection and training as well as the formulation of organization management regulations, sets up a suitable Information Commons model for Binhai school library. 8 figures, 10 tables, 60 references. | |
