中文摘要：	2015年年初，李克强总理主持召开了国务院常务会议，研究确定了支持 “众创空间”发展的政策措施，为创新创业搭建新的平台。在当年的两会政府工作报告中，“创业”一词共被提及13次，明确释放出国家要将推进“大众创业、万众创新”作为经济发展的新常态，力争让全社会形成创新驱动的强大力量。一个有利于全民创新创业的政策环境正在形成。“众创空间”概念的形成与提出，反映出当前移动互联时代下我国新的经济模式和业态不断涌现的新局面，为全民创新创业提供了良好的政策和舆论环境，为创新型小微企业的健康成长和大众创新创业的壮大发展，搭建了更加低成本、便利化、全要素的开放式综合性服务平台。 “众创空间”这一概念刚刚诞生不久，对此方面的专业研究和相关理论还较少。本文运用了调查法、经验总结法，特别是文献研究法和案例研究法，对国内外各类创业孵化器、创业咖啡、创客空间等“众创空间”不同形式的起源、发展、现状、问题和未来方向进行了系统整理。同时通过对政府部门、高校、创投机构等进行调研的基础上，运用案例和材料对众创空间的进行分类、系统地分析，指出我国众创空间发展中面临的问题和挑战。在创新创业大潮中，大学生无疑是创客和创业的主力群体。本文尝试从大力发展众创空间，从而促进大学生创业就业这一角度切入进行探索研究，通过总结分析不同模式众创空间的特点，指出政府、高校、众创空间等创投机构应如何在促进大学生创业就业中扮演好自己的角色，并且如何通过进一步加强高校创业平台的打造来加强大学生创业教育和创业能力的提升。可以说，对促进我国大众创新、万众创业的蓬勃发展，从而解决大学生创业就业的实际问题具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要：	n early 2015, Premier Li Keqiang chaired a State Council executive meeting, the study identified support for the creation of a space for the development of policies and measures to create a new platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. In the report of government work that year, "venture" were mentioned 13 times, clearly released countries to promote public entrepreneurship, innovation and peoples' economic development as the new normal, and strive to make the whole society formed innovation driven by a powerful force. A policy environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship is being formed. The formation and development of "public space" concept reflects the new economic model and the new situation of the new economic era, which provides a good policy and public opinion environment for the innovation and entrepreneurship, which is a new type of small and micro enterprises. The concept of " Space of creation " has just been born soon, and the professional research and related theories are still less. In this paper, we use the method of investigation, experience summary, literature research and case study, the origin, development, current situation, problem and future direction of various types of business incubators, venture coffee, creating guest space and so on. At the same time, through the investigation of government departments, universities and venture capital institutions based on, use cases and materials on public record space classification, system analysis, pointed out the problems and challenges faced in the development of space in China. In the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship, college students is undoubtedly a major group of customers and entrepreneurs. This paper attempts to develop the public space, to promote college students' Entrepreneurship and employment, through the analysis of the characteristics of different patterns of public space, and points out that the government, colleges and universities, the creation of venture capital institutions should play a good role in promoting college students' entrepreneurship, and how to strengthen the college students' entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ability. It can be said that to promote the vigorous development of China's mass innovation, peoples entrepreneurship, so as to solve the practical problems of college students employment and entrepreneurship has certain guiding significance.
