| 中文摘要: | 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,企业员工希望追求更好的工作和生活的条件,并且希望能实现自我的发展。另一方面,管理者与员工之间出现了越来越多的摩擦和矛盾,如何化解这些矛盾,成为每个企业管理者每天思考的问题。人本管理作为现代企业管理的有效方式,正在逐渐的被越来越多的企业所采纳和应用。 人本管理是“以人为本”的管理模式,它不同于“见物不见人”或把人作为工具、手段的传统管理模式,而是深刻的认识人在社会经济活动中的作用的基础上,突出人在管理中的地位,实现以人为中心的管理。 二十一世纪最稀缺的资源就是人才,如何将人才吸引到企业中来,如何留住人才,如何能够将人力资源发挥到最大,是每个企业管理者都苦思冥想的课题。人本管理既是顺应了这个时代的潮流,将人作为企业最关注和管理的对象。 本文提出的观点是以企业教练技术作为人本管理的手段。企业教练是通过有效对话,引发员工的智慧,激发员工醒觉性与尽责感,从而快速提升员工绩效的管理技术。随着中国经济的快速发展,企业管理者越来越渴望新的管理理念、新的管理模式、新的管理技术。由于企业教练在中国起步时间不长,而传统的管理技术已经无法适应现代企业的环境,现代企业管理出现了一些空白,大量的管理者因缺乏新的管理技术而出现管理缺失,并给企业带来损失。运用企业教练技术来实现人本管理的方式,可以实现企业和员工的共同发展,从而使企业走向基业长青。 本文首先分析了企业普遍面临的困境,然后分析了为什么要使用人本管理来解决当下企业的困境,接着分析了企业教练在人本管理中的应用,说明企业教练技术是企业实行人本管理的有效方式,最后举例说明企业教练技术在人本管理中的实际应用案例。 中国改革开放三十年多年,新的管理技术不断涌现,但对于人的管理,还要回归的人的本质上来,教练管理就是回归人本管理,它可以让员工和管理者更加健康快乐的工作,让组织健康快乐,从而让社会健康快乐,并能促进国家的和谐与发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of China's enterprise internationalization, more and more friction and conflict is happening between the modern enterprise managers and employees. How to resolve these contradictions become each enterprise manager’s thinking every day. As an effective way to the modern enterprise management, humanistic management is gradually adopted by more and more enterprises and managers. Humanistic management is "people-oriented" management model, it is different from "see no people or the people as a tool and means of traditional management mode, but the deep understanding of people in the role of social and economic activities. This thesis puts forward the views on enterprise coaching technology as the way of humanistic management. Coaching is the kind of management technique which can motivate staff awareness and employees’ sense of duty through effective dialogues, so as to rapidly promote employees’ performance and their wisdom. With the rapid development of China's economy, the enterprise managers are more and more eager to know the new type of management concept and model. Due to business coaching in China’s start time is not long, the traditional management already can not adapt to the modern enterprise environment. The lack of new management techniques is leading to a large number of management deficiencies, even the enterprise loss. This method of enterprise coach technology is a way to realize the common development of both enterprises and employees, so as to make the enterprise to be built to last. This thesis first analyzes the difficulties faced by enterprises, and then analyzes why we need to use humanistic management to solve the plight of the enterprise. Then it explains why enterprise coach technology is an effective way for enterprises implementation of humanistic management. Finally, it takes an example to explain enterprise coach technology in the practical application in cases of humanistic management. With China's reform and opening up to the outside world for more than 30 years , the new management technology is constantly emerging. But for people management, it still needs to return to human’s nature. The coaching management is the way to make employees, managers and the enterprises more healthy, all in all to promote the harmony and development of the society, and the country. | |
