中文摘要：	在我国老龄化程度不断加深，年龄结构不断呈“倒金字塔型”的背景下，如何有效整合社会资源，满足日益明显的养老需求，成为了当下全社会高度关注的热点问题。我国养老行业存在资源稀缺、专业性差、体制不健全等一系列问题。此外，由于养老事业属于公共服务或福利性服务范畴，时下很多企业在该行业中很难收获可观的盈利。从事养老行业的企业如何在残酷的市场竞争中依靠创新盈利模式以及其他竞争优势中寻求生存空降乃至发展壮大，实现其自身养老行业与事业的平衡发展，便成为了该领域企业今后需要深入思考的问题。因此，本文利用文献分析和案例分析相结合的研究方法，就MS公司居家养老盈利模式进行系统和详细地研究，对提高公司养老服务质量，促进企业长期多元化发展，提高企业的盈利能力，有着非常重要的现实指导意义。 本文共六章，第一章引言简要介绍了本文的研究背景、概念界定、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法以及创新点。第二章主要对盈利模式的相关理论进行了回顾，并结合了中国现实情况，列举了中国当前最普遍的三种养老模式以及居家养老的发展趋势，同时对国外居家养老盈利模式的实践进行了介绍。第三章则在我国人口结构发展趋势以及老龄化消费发展趋势的基础上，阐述了MS公司商业盈利模式的现状，并就现状分析了公司盈利模式中存在的问题。第四章通过居家养老盈利模式的优化设计，对MS公司的养老服务理念及盈利思路进行了优化，同时制定了居家养老优化模式的实施方案。第五章对该优化模式进行了实施。第六章对本文进行了总结，并得出结论，即该模式能够改善目前MS公司养老盈利模式的问题，同时对本文仍存在的不足之处进行了总结。
英文摘要：	In our country, the aging degree of the growing, the age structure of the "inverted Pyramid" in the background, how to effectively integrate social resources, meet the growing demand for the elderly, has become the focus of attention of the whole society. China's pension industry is a series of problems such as the scarcity of resources, the poor professional, the system is not perfect. In addition, because of the public service or welfare services, many companies in the industry is difficult to reap considerable profits, engaged in the pension industry in the fierce competition in the enterprise to rely on innovative profit model and other competitive advantages in the search for survival and development, to achieve its own pension industry and the cause of the balanced development, and become the future needs of the field of business problems. Therefore, this article uses the literature analysis and the case study method, the system and the detailed research to the MS company's home care profit model, to enhance the company's pension service quality, to promote the enterprise's long-term diversification development, to enhance the enterprise's profitability, has very important practical guiding significance. This paper is six chapters, the first chapter briefly introduces the research background, concept definition, research significance, research content, research methods and innovation. The second chapter mainly reviews the relevant theories of the profit model, and combined with the reality of China, lists the most common three kinds of old age pension mode and the development trend of home care, and introduces the practice of foreign home care. The third chapter on the development trend of China's population structure and on the basis of the aging characteristics of consumer demand, expounds the status of profitable business model of MS, and the status quo analysis of the problems existing in the company's profit model. In the fourth chapter, the author optimizes the pension service concept and profit of MS company through the optimization design of the home endowment profit model, and makes the implementation plan of the home care model. In the fifth chapter, the optimization model is carried out. The sixth chapter summarizes the paper and draws the conclusion that this model can improve the problem of the pension profit model of MS company, at the same time, it also summarizes the shortcomings of this paper.
