中文摘要: | 企业业绩评价体系是整个企业管理系统中的一个重要部分,它与企业组织结构管理模式等子系统紧密配合互相作用,对企业的经营管理有着重大的影响。科学适当的业绩评价体系,可以最大程度地激发企业中的核心力量——人的积极性和创造性,有效地平衡企业的短期利益与长期利益,促使企业在满足生存需要的基础上更快、更好地发展。相反,不适当的业绩评价体系,非但起不到激励作用,还会在不同程度上抑制企业的发展。 我国的货运代理企业长期以来忽视战略管理,更缺乏一个适当的业绩评价体系。面对外部环境的迅速变化,货运代理企业首先要审时度势,根据企业的经营发展情况,制定适合自身的战略。同时有必要将业绩评价引入企业,发挥业绩评价的判断、预测、选择、导向等功能。在业绩评价实施中,通过对评价指标的反馈,随时掌握企业的各种信息,并根据内部环境的变化,及时调整企业经营目标,以便对经营业绩进行动态的、前瞻性的评价,使企业业绩评价指标体系融入到战略管理的全过程,真正体现为企业战略管理服务。 本文将依托平衡计分卡的分析构架,着力于指标体系的设计,辅以案例研究,形成一套适合货运代理企业的业绩评价指标体系,有助于企业在各经营管理环节提供量化的决策方法,进而识别和发掘企业的竞争优势。在具体内容上,本文首先通过对企业业绩评价的历史和现状进行分析,阐明企业业绩评价的发展趋势。同时对平衡计分卡发展历程、原理及研究现状进行了概述,进一步奠定了基于平衡计分卡视角的我国货运代理企业业绩评价指标体系的理论基础。随后,在对货运代理企业特点说明的基础上,对我国货运代理企业业绩评价现状进行论述,并分析其中存在的问题。接下来,进行基于平衡计分卡视角的货运代理企业业绩评价指标体系的可行性分析。在明确了货运代理企业战略目标的基础上,分析指标体系的影响因素,建立制定指标体系的原则,并确定了财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和成长四个层面的关键成功因素,进而设计出我国货运代理企业的业绩评价指标体系。最后,以齐天货运代理公司为例,对本文设计出的货运代理企业业绩评价指标体系进行应用。 | |
英文摘要: | Enterprise performance evaluation system is an important part of the total enterprise management system, which cooperates and acts with the other subsystems, and impacts the company operation greatly. The scientific and suitable performance evaluation system will blaze the core power, which is considered as the human enthusiasm and creativity to the greatest extent, balance the profit between short and long term, and accelerate the development in the base of normal living demand. In the other hand, the unsuitable system will not only inspire the company, but also restrain the development in the different extent. China freight forwarding companies always ignore the importance of strategy management, and also lack of a suitable performance evaluation system. To facing the great change of external environment, the forwarder should scan and think the condition firstly, to make suitable strategy according to the status of enterprise operation and development. At the same time, it is also necessary to introduce the performance evaluation to the company which has the functions of estimation, forecasting, option and orientation. In the evaluating process, the company should master all kinds of information timely through the feedback of evaluation index system, adjust the business object according as the change of inter environment, in order to make the dynamic and future-viewed evaluation, and make the enterprise performance evaluation index system the part of the total strategy management, truly serve the company strategy management. This thesis forms a set of suitable performance evaluation index system of freight forwarding company, based on the analyzing framework of BSC, and also indicates the design process of the index system, which is analyzed by a case study. It is useful to offer quantitative decision-making method to identifies and explore the competitive advantage of enterprises. Firstly, the thesis clarify the development of the enterprise performance evaluation, through analyzing its history and current situation. At the same time, it study on the development process, principles and status of the Balanced Scorecard, which establish the theory basis of building performance evaluation index system of China freight forwarding company in the perspective of Balanced Scorecard. Subsequently, the thesis analyses the status and explored the existing problems of performance evaluation on the basis of the features of China freight forwarding company, and makes a feasibility analysis of building performance evaluation index system of China freight forwarding company in the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. Whit the clear strategic goal of freight forwarding company, the thesis analyses impacting factors, establishes the principles of building evaluation index system, identify four levels of critical success factors including financing, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth, and designed the performance evaluation index system of China freight forwarding company. Finally, the thesis applies the performance evaluation index system, which designed upwards, to Qitian Freight Forwarding ltd. | |
