中文摘要：	随着经济高速发展，全球经济一体化程度日趋加剧，同时我国自改革开放以来，经济也经历了飞速地发展，面对国内外经济形势的变化，银行自身也随着整个经济大形势的发展而发展。银行自身的业务变得越来越综合化，外部面对的经济环境也越来越复杂，在这种业务和环境都变得复杂的情况下，银行面对诱惑和自身存在的问题也会越来越多。这个时候，建立一个行之有效的内部控制制度就对于银行的发展、乃至其生存都显得尤为重要。完善的内部控制对于银行来说，可以有效预防、发现、控制各种风险，保证银行业务可以稳健地发展下去。但就目前而言，中国农业银行的内部控制制度还不完善，还未有效地发挥其应该有的职能。一级支行作为农行的基层机构，如何完善和改进中国农业银行一级支行的内部控制仍是农行目前乃至以后工作中的重点，所以研究中国农业银行一级支行的内部控制对其发展具有重大的现实意义。 本文分为五个部分，第一部分首先介绍了本文的研究背景，国内外对于商业银行内部控制理论的研究、本文的研究思路和创新之处；第二部分对商业银行内部控制理论进行全面的阐述，包括商业银行内部控制的含义、商业银行内部控制的目标及原则、商业银行一级支行内部控制的基本内容；第三部分首先对中国农业银行内部控制架构和发展进程进行阐述，然后对D支行内部控制现状进行介绍，对其内部控制所在问题及原因进行分析；第四部分针对D支行内部控制存在的问题提出如何完善中国农业银行D支行的内部控制，为完善其内部控制制度献言献策。第五部分在总结前文理论及对D支行分析的基础上，对整篇文章的观点进行总结。
英文摘要：	With the rapid economic development, global economic integration has become increasingly accelerated. Since reform and opening up in China, the economy has experienced rapid development. As the change of the economic situation at home and abroad, the bank also develop with the change of economic situation. Banking is becoming more and more integrated and the outside face of the economic environment is becoming more and more complicated. Under the condition of the business and the environment becomes complex, the bank will face temptation and its problems become more and more. This time, the establishment of an effective internal control system is for the development and survival of Banks is particularly important. Perfect the internal control for Banks, can effective prevention, detection, control risks and ensure the banking can develop steadily. But for now, the Agricultural Bank of China's internal control system is not perfect, has not been effectively play its functions. Primary Branch as the grass-roots management organizations of Agricultural Bank of China, How to improve the internal control system of primary Branch of Agricultural Bank of China is still a priority in the agricultural bank at present and even future work, So the research of internal control system of the primary Branch of Agricultural Bank of China has great realistic significance. This article is divided into five parts, the first part introduced the research background of this article, Domestic and foreign research related to commercial Banks internal control theory, research ideas, the innovation and the insufficiency of this article. The second part is about the commercial Banks internal control theory, including the meaning of the internal control of commercial bank, commercial Banks internal control objectives and principles, the basic content of internal control of the primary branch of commercial bank. The third part first introduces the internal control development process and organization structure of the Agricultural Bank of China， then introduce the internal control situation of D branch. Combined with the Case of D branch, analyze the reasons and problems of the internal control. The fourth part combined with the problems reflected by D branch, puts forward suggestions on perfecting the internal control of the D branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The fifth part is summarized the view of the whole article.
