中文摘要：	经过三十多年的高速发展，中国经济在2015年进入了新常态。随着人口和环境红利逐渐消失，曾经依靠低成本打天下的中国制造业企业遇到了前所未有的危机。产能严重过剩、外商撤资、民企倒闭成了当前中国制造业的写照。动力电池是一个非常有前景的新兴行业，作为中国企业代表的L公司其动力电池产品在同日韩企业竞争时处于明显的劣势，大量中国市场被外国产品占据。造成这些问题的根源就是企业产品开发能力差和缺乏核心技术。 IPD和精益产品开发是目前非常流行的两种产品开发理念，被广泛应用在世界知名企业中。IPD为企业提供了一套非常完善的产品运作理念和管理体系，核心思想包括将产品开发看作一项投资、基于市场的创新、异步开发、结构化的并行流程、跨部门协同开发、公共基础模块及技术平台。精益产品开发是精益思想在产品开发中的延伸，强调通过价值分析建立产品开发的价值流，通过持续不断的改善，保证价值流的均衡流动，实现以最小的代价开发出满足客户需求的产品为目的。IPD和精益产品开发为企业提升产品开发能力提供了成功的模板和理念。本文作者以L公司动力电池产品市场竞争力不足为研究背景，以新产品开发过程为研究对象，采用“发现问题、分析问题、解决问题”的研究思路。作者分析发现产品竞争力差的原因在于产品开发周期长、质量差和成本高，深入分析这三个问题后发现产品开发过程中存在需求管理不完善、评审机制不健全、开发流程不合理、团队组织结构不合理、供应商管理不完善、技术开发和产品开发未分离、成本管理不完善等问题。作者通过对IPD和精益产品开发成功理论的学习，针对L公司在动力电池产品开发过程出现的问题提出了相应的改进措施，并从产品战略、人员培养和企业文化的角度指出改善措施实施的保障。
英文摘要：	After thirty years of rapid development, China's economy has entered New Normal in 2015. In the past, Chinese manufacturing enterprises competed in the world market relied on the low cost. With the gradual disappearance of the demographic and environmental dividends, Chinese manufacturing enterprises was at an unprecedented predicament. Serious excess production capacity, the withdrawal of foreign investment and the collapse of private enterprises has become the current portrayal of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Automotive battery is a very promising new industry and L is one of the best battery companies in China. But in competition with Japan and South Korea, L Company's automotive battery was at a distinct disadvantage and most of the market was occupied by foreign products. The roots of these problems are that the low ability of product development and the lack of core technology. IPD and Lean Product Development are two kinds of popular product development ideas, which are widely used in world famous enterprises. IPD provides a very complete set of product operation concept and management system, the core ideas include managing product development as an investment, the innovation based on the market, asynchronous development, structured parallel process, cross sectoral collaborative development, common building block and technology platform. Lean Product Development is an extension of Lean Thinking in product development. It emphasizes the value stream of product development, and uses value analysis and continuous improvement to ensure the balanced flow of value flow, and achieves the purpose of developing the product with the lowest price. IPD and Lean Product Development have provided the successful template and idea for the improvement of product development ability. In this paper, the author took the lack of market competitiveness of L Company’s automotive battery as the research background, and took the new product development process as the research object, and wrote with idea of "discovery problem, analysis problem and solve problem". The reason was that the product development cycle was long, the quality was poor and the cost was high. The three problems were analyzed in this paper. It was found that there were some problems in product development process, such as imperfect requirement management, imperfect evaluation mechanism, imperfect development process, imperfect structure of team organization, imperfect management of suppliers, imperfect development of technology and product development, imperfect cost management and other issues. Through the study of the successful theory of IPD and Lean Product Development, the author put forward the corresponding improvement measures for L Company in the development of automotive battery product development process, and pointed out the guarantee of improving measures from the perspective of product strategy, personnel training and corporate culture.
