| 中文摘要: | 随着市场经济的发展,经济环境发生了根本性的变化。企业集团财务公司作为一种非银行性质的金融机构,在大型集团的资金集中管理中不但可以为成员单位提供金融管理服务,而且可以有效的提升集团资金的使用效率,因而受到很多大型集团企业的追捧。资金是企业的“血液”,科学合理的管理和运用资金,是大型集团不断发展壮大、实现现代化管理的关键所在。大型集团设立财务公司的目的是集中管理集团内部的资金,采用投资或者融资手段,改进现金流进而使内部资金及资源使用效率得以提高,集团的融资费用降低,企业的资源配置得以优化。 T物产集团是天津市最大的国有生产资料流通企业,是国家商务部全国重点培育的流通领域20家大企业集团之一。在“2015年财富世界500强”中,排名第146位。T物产集团财务公司的成立标志着天津市第一家进入世界500强的生产资料物流企业结束了集团内部结算中心模式而走入了产融结合的道路,实现了与金融市场的对接。但由于其成立不久,T物产集团财务公司资金管理还不能满足企业集团的发展需求,加强和完善T物产集团财务公司的资金管理,是当前T物产集团财务公司的紧迫任务。 本文围绕T物产集团财务公司资金集中管理模式,回顾了中外企业集团财务公司在资金集中管理方面的探索实践与财务公司资金集中管理的相关理论文献,对财务公司资金集中管理的各种模式的特点及适用环境进行分析,并结合T物产集团的发展特点,重点分析了目前采用的“收支两条线”这一财务公司资金集中管理模式,对其现状进行综述,深入探讨T物产集团财务公司资金管理由于成立时间不久、职能定位不明确及资金管理制度不健全而导致的资金营运管理效率低、资金管理信息系统尚不稳定等问题。从明确职能定位、强化资金管理体系、优化资金集中管理模式信息系统建设四个方面,提出了有效的对策及建议。同时,本论文的研究也可为同行业资金集中管理水平的提高提供借鉴意义。 | |

This article around the T product group finance company funds centralized management pattern, reviews the Chinese and foreign enterprise group finance companies in the capital centralized management and practice of financial company funds centralized management related theory and literature on financial company funds centralized management mode of various characteristics and the suitable environment is analyzed, and combining with the characteristics of T the development of the product group, income and expenses are emphatically analyzed this financial company funds centralized management pattern, the status quo were reviewed, discussed T products group to set up a financial company's funds management due to the time soon, functional position is not clear and funds management system is not sound and results in the decrease of efficiency of capital operation management, safety problems such as interface for bank information. From clear positioning function, improve the system of fund, optimizing fund centralized management pattern, job matching jobs and divided into five aspects: information system construction, put forward the feasible countermeasure and the suggestion, in order to further improve the level of industry capital centralized management to provide reference. | |
