| 中文摘要: | 工程建筑机械是我国发展比较快的产业,也在装备工业中占有举足轻重的地位,工程建筑机械的发展与国民经济密切相关。随着国家对工程机械产业的大力支持,该行业取得了长足的发展。虽然现如今,国内工程机械行业在国际上风生水起,不乏一些知名品牌挤进工程机械行业世界前十强,但是我们依然要清晰地看到,我们国内的企业只是在“量”上的强大,“质”上还要很大的差距,比如核心部件:液压传动系统、发动机系统等还是依赖于国外进口。同时国内工程机械行业消耗的成本依然比国外同行高出很多,自动化程度低、企业的管理水平还是有很大的提升空间。提高工程机械行业在世界范围内的竞争力,工程机械企业转型升级,刻不容缓,势在必行。 精益生产作为世界上企业运营的一种先进形式,一些国内外企业都将精益生产方式融入到自己的企业中来运行,通过精益生产的实施运营,来降低企业的成本,提高生产效率,消除不必要的浪费,不断满足客户的需求,增加生产运营系统的灵活性,其必将更加适应市场的需求,其基本原理与方法,将会在我国企业转型升级过程中发挥其独特的作用,必将提高我国企业在世界范围内的内在竞争力。 本文首先调研分析了山推结构件公司的生产运作现状,发现了其所存在的问题,并找到了问题的原因,设计出自己的精益生产方式,通过建立精益生产管理模型,来予以实施解决现实问题。通过精益生产工具(5S、TPM、精益6Sigma、操业度等)的运用,解决山推结构件公司生产管理现场管理问题,并对质量提升、生产管理提升、制造效率提升、产能平衡计算等方面产生积极的影响。 山推结构件公司经过近两年的实施精益生产管理,现场5S管理水平得到了较大的提高,客户的抱怨减少了,工厂的浪费减少了,员工的生产效率提高了,但是精益生产之路,不是一蹴而就的,需要长期持续地进行。山推结构件的精益生产之路还需要进一步地深化和挖掘,精益生产的其他工具还需要进一步地推行。本文希望推行精益生产方式,能够为其他企业“调结构、转方式”具有一定的参考意义。 | |
