中文摘要：	工程建筑机械是我国发展比较快的产业，也在装备工业中占有举足轻重的地位，工程建筑机械的发展与国民经济密切相关。随着国家对工程机械产业的大力支持，该行业取得了长足的发展。虽然现如今，国内工程机械行业在国际上风生水起，不乏一些知名品牌挤进工程机械行业世界前十强，但是我们依然要清晰地看到，我们国内的企业只是在“量”上的强大，“质”上还要很大的差距，比如核心部件：液压传动系统、发动机系统等还是依赖于国外进口。同时国内工程机械行业消耗的成本依然比国外同行高出很多，自动化程度低、企业的管理水平还是有很大的提升空间。提高工程机械行业在世界范围内的竞争力，工程机械企业转型升级，刻不容缓，势在必行。 精益生产作为世界上企业运营的一种先进形式，一些国内外企业都将精益生产方式融入到自己的企业中来运行，通过精益生产的实施运营，来降低企业的成本，提高生产效率，消除不必要的浪费，不断满足客户的需求，增加生产运营系统的灵活性，其必将更加适应市场的需求，其基本原理与方法，将会在我国企业转型升级过程中发挥其独特的作用，必将提高我国企业在世界范围内的内在竞争力。 本文首先调研分析了山推结构件公司的生产运作现状，发现了其所存在的问题，并找到了问题的原因，设计出自己的精益生产方式，通过建立精益生产管理模型，来予以实施解决现实问题。通过精益生产工具（5S、TPM、精益6Sigma、操业度等）的运用，解决山推结构件公司生产管理现场管理问题，并对质量提升、生产管理提升、制造效率提升、产能平衡计算等方面产生积极的影响。 山推结构件公司经过近两年的实施精益生产管理，现场5S管理水平得到了较大的提高，客户的抱怨减少了，工厂的浪费减少了，员工的生产效率提高了，但是精益生产之路，不是一蹴而就的，需要长期持续地进行。山推结构件的精益生产之路还需要进一步地深化和挖掘，精益生产的其他工具还需要进一步地推行。本文希望推行精益生产方式，能够为其他企业“调结构、转方式”具有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要：	Engineering machinery industry is the relatively fast development of the industry， is also important equipment industry occupies a pivotal position in the equipment industry， is closely related to the development and economy of construction machinery. With state support for the construction machinery industry， the industry has made great strides. However，although China's construction machinery industry has made big progress and development， which also lack of production in the world products， but we should also see that the construction machinery industry is still big but not strong， low labor productivity and added value， low levels of excess capacity， lack of high-level production capacity， technological innovation capability is relatively weak， low technical content and added value. Improve the construction machinery industry in the world-wide competitiveness， engineering machinery enterprises to upgrade， urgent， imperative. Lean Production as an advanced form of the world's business operations, a number of domestic and foreign enterprises will be integrated into the lean production methods to run their own businesses, through the implementation of lean manufacturing operations to reduce costs, increase productivity, eliminate unnecessary waste, we continue to meet customer demand, increased production flexibility operational systems, which will be more adapted to the needs of the market, its basic principles and methods, will play its unique role in the process of corporate restructuring and upgrading of our country, will improve Chinese enterprises in the world of inner competitiveness. Firstly， the status of production operations research analysis Shantui JGJ， they discovered the problems and find the cause of the problem， through the establishment of lean production model to be implemented to solve practical problems. By building lean production model is suitable for mountain recommended structural parts， using lean manufacturing tools (5S， TPM， Lean 6Sigma， Operating ratio) of use， to solve the structure Shantui site management issues and improve the quality， production have a positive impact balance calculation capacity: management. Shantui structural parts company after nearly two years of implementation of lean production methods， on-site management， quality control and customer satisfaction have made gratifying achievements， which has laid a good foundation for the further deepening of lean production implementation in the future. It also provides some reference for other construction machinery industry implementation of lean production model for other companies "structural adjustment， to the way" has a certain reference value.
