中文摘要：	随着可持续发展理念的持续推广，在建筑工程管理中，也使得绿色建筑在世界范围内突飞猛进的发展，从建筑的前期定位，设计规划节点开始到施工建造以及后期的运营维护管理阶段，全方位的灌输绿色建筑理念。尤其在我国，绿色建筑将成为行业发展的必然趋势和主流理念之一。 绿色建筑的发展需要科学的评价体系来引导。目前国内绿色建筑认证的项目案例越来越多，尤其是在中国的世界500强企业，主要采用的是美国的LEED（Leadership In Environment and Energy）评价标准。之所以采用LEED评价标准，主要是考虑到其作为美国的较成熟且运行成功的评价体系，对可持续发展的绿色建筑有很明确的要求，而我国作为一个发展中国家，评级体系与我国建筑业发展实际情况相结合，是一个值得深入研究的课题。 本文从实际工程案例论证，来探讨美国先进的绿色建筑LEED的评级体系在我国建筑项目管理上应用的实践成果，并对推动完善LEED评级体系本土化方面有一定的积极意义。
英文摘要：	Based on the idea of energy efficiency, resource-saving, environmental protection and people-oriented, green building is the representative of sustainable development in construction industry. Green construction methods can be integrated into buildings at any stage, from design and construction, to renovation and deconstruction. In recent years, especially in China, Green building has become the inevitable trend of development in the construction industry. To establish scientific evaluation system is an important factor to promote the development of green building. In China, most Fortune Global 500 firms are using a set of rating systems which called “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED) for green building certification. LEED is a measurement tool for green building in the United States. However, it is an important subject that how to combine the LEED rating systems with local conditions. Full introduction of the actual green building construction case study, it is to discuss how the advanced LEED rating systems work on the China’s green building. At the end of the paper, it raises the ideals about how to localize the LEED rating systems in China.
