中文摘要：	当今世界传统能源日益枯竭，人类生存环境日益恶化，在此背景下，世界各国都加快了研究和发展新能源的步伐。太阳能电池行业作为新能源行业的代表，正迅速崛起，成为世界能源发展的主流。我国的太阳能电池行业虽然起步较晚，但由于我国政府政策的大力支持，近年来该行业发展迅猛，大量资本不断涌入，行业成长迅速。在太阳能电池行业迅速成长的背后，种种问题也不断突显，该行业项目投资风险亦不容忽视。但是，当前针对该行业投资风险管理的研究较少，无法为投资者的投资决策提供充分依据，因此有必要加强对这一新兴行业项目投资风险管理的研究，以降低投资风险，促进企业长期健康发展。 本文采用案例研究方法，对T公司太阳能电池项目投资风险管理进行了系统研究。首先，在国内外固定资产项目投资决策和风险管理相关文献的研究基础上，结合项目投资风险管理理论，采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，为太阳能电池项目的投资风险评估构建了风险评价体系。其次，对T公司太阳能电池项目投资风险管理现状进行了分析，找出其中存在的主要问题。然后，针对存在问题按照风险管理流程提出完善建议，先建立风险识别程序科学识别投资项目的关键影响因素技术风险、市场风险和政策风险，再根据构建的投资风险评价体系对各风险影响因素进行定性和定量相结合的评价，接着参照行业内标杆企业的成功经验提出相应的风险防范措施，最后从完善制度方面提出风险控制活动的改进建议。 本文通过对T公司太阳能电池项目投资风险管理进行分析研究，有利于同行业投资者管控该行业投资风险，为其进行投资决策提供了有益参考。同时，有利于政府了解太阳能电池行业动态和企业需求，为制定行业扶持政策提供依据，促进和推动该行业企业可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Nowadays, traditional energy sources are depleting, energy crisis is imminent and the environment of human living is worse. In the situation, countries around the world have accelerated the pace of research and development of new energy. As a representative of the new energy industry, solar cell industry is rising rapidly and has become the mainstream of the world energy development. Although it started late, the industry develop rapidly recently years, because of the strong support of the Chinese government policy. With more and more capital invested into it, the solar cell industry growth rapidly. Background by solar cell industry rapid development, many problems have become highlighted, fixed asset investment risks of the industry also cannot be ignored. However, the current study on risk management is in poor maneuverability, and it cannot provide sufficient basis for the investment decision of investor. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on investment risk management to promote a long-term healthy development of enterprise. In this paper, it researches the risk management of project investment in T company used the method of case research. First of all, on the basis of relevant study of project investment decision and risk management of domestic and foreign, combined with the risk management theory and method of project investment, the paper constructed a risk evaluation system of risk evaluation for solar cell projects investment using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Secondly, it analysis the risk management present situation of the T company fixed assets investment projects and find out the main problems. Then, it provides improving suggestions for the problems according to the risk management process: analysis the key factors influencing the investment project, such as technology risk, market risk and policy risk; evaluates risk factors using the risk evaluation system; proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions which can deal with the risk of the investment project with referencing to the successful experience of industry benchmarking enterprises. At last, it provides risk control suggestions for improvement. Based on analysis of the project investment risk management of T company, this paper is conducive to the industry investors management the investment risk of the industry and provides a useful reference for the investment decision. At the same time, it help the government understand the solar cell industry trends and the needs of enterprises, to provide basis for the formulation of industry support policies, to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
