中文摘要:随着我国经济体制进一步改革,经济得到长足的进步,中国已经成为带动世界经济前进的火车头。经济的腾飞显著地提高了居民家庭的生活水平,居民储蓄率及储蓄存款规模实现持续双升态势。相应地,个人金融理财行业在我国蓬勃发展了10余年,虽是新兴业务,却已经走进千家万户,成为人们日常经济生活关注的焦点,同时也逐渐取代传统个人金融业务成为零售业务新的利润增长点,各家商业银行都非常重视该业务的日常营销和管理,销售流程更加规范,对理财销售客户经理的工作职责、业绩考核及规范约束也日臻完善。但是不可否认的是,我国的个人理财业务基本还是围绕着金融产品及服务的销售展开,理财规划与理财销售岗位重合,在具体产品配置前缺少理财规划的中间环节,没有体现出现代商业银行所应具备的“以客户为中心以市场为导向”的经营理念,带有随机性和盲目性,容易引发客户不满及投诉,不利于个人理财业务在我国的持续健康发展。国外发达国家的个人理财规划业务发展已经相当成熟,也积累了大量宝贵经验,我国商业银行积极借鉴,可以说每一款理财产品都经过了精心的流程设计和严密的论证,都有其特点和优点,适合不同的客户群。理财业务客户投诉及纠纷的产生,并不是理财产品本身有瑕疵,而是在与客户的匹配关系上出现问题,没有顾及到客户的实际需求,轻则影响客户收益最大化,严重的还会超过客户风险承受能力导致客户资金受损。本文首先介绍个人理财规划业务产生所依据的主要金融理论,而后对目前国内商业银行个人理财规划业务的背景与现状进行简要概述,通过G商业银行理财纠纷典型案例来具体分析理财规划业务目前存在的问题其成因,最后笔者兼顾现实性、有效性和可执行性等原则,从商业银行转变经营理念、建立规范化制度、规范理财规划操作流程、打造专业团队、完善考核机制、加强投资者教育等几个方面寻求对策,着眼于解决具体问题,进一步推动个人理财规划业务在我国的快速发展。 
英文摘要:With the highly development of society and economy, China has becomes the economic engine of the world due to the boosting economy after the further reform of our economic system. Therefore, the economic growth has significantly raised the household’s living standard. Moreover, both the resident’s domestic deposit rate and the scale saving deposits achieve a continuous growth. Accordingly, Personal Financing, a new industry, into the tens of thousands of households after more than ten years’ flourishing in our country,become the focus of people’s daily life.Also, the job responsibility, the performance evaluation and the management restraint of financial manager by commercial banks are gradually becoming perfection. But it is undeniable that China's Personal Financial services mainly revolves around the sales of financial products and services. The overlaps of Financial Planning and Financial Sales and for customers are only sales but not planning, did not reflect the customer as center and market oriented operation principle.The random and blindness of this situation is easy to cause customer dissatisfaction and complaints.This constitution did not beneficial for our bank’s Personal Financial services sustained and healthy development. In this paper, the first part intrduce the main economic theory which Ficiancial Planing business based,and then sketch out the backgrounds of personal financial planing in domestic business banks. especially for typical case analysis of G commercial bank financial disputes, to analyze the causes of the problem, at last,give consideration to feasibility ,validity and enforceability, searching for countermeasures from the points of the transformation of commercial banks operating concept, standardize the financial planning process design, strengthen the education for investors to find countermeasures, creat a professional team ,to establish relatively perfect system, focusing on solving specific issues,so as to promote the healthy development of personal financial planning business in China.
