| 中文摘要: | 摘 要随着市场竞争的日益激烈,股份制商业银行正面临着前所未有的挑战。进入2015年,我国的经济改革更加深入。随着我国的经济增速进一步放缓,国家推出了诸如“国企改革”、“一带一路”等题材的改革方针,使我们面临的经济形势更加复杂多样。与此同时,在金融市场领域,股市经历了2014年的急速上涨,又在2015年中旬迎来了开市以来最大幅度的下跌,这些对投资者的积极性造成了沉重的打击。随着政府连续地降息,我国股份制商业银行已经很难从传统的存贷业务中获取收益,经营风险又进一步地爆发。面临复杂多变的金融环境,如何能够强化自身品牌效应、巩固自身优势,同时抢抓市场先机提升自身核心竞争力,这就成了各家股份制银行亟需解决的问题。 P银行作为我国优秀的股份制商业银行之一,近几年通过积极地探索,形成了一套完善的业务流程和服务体系。凭借着良好的口碑和优质的服务,P银行在整体经济相对下滑的情况下逆势而上,在各方面取得了长足的进步。本文以P银行为例,通过分析其在产品、服务、管理等方面的创新经验,剖析其核心竞争力的构成要素。同时,也归纳总结出其在经营中存在的不足,并在后文中给出相应意见,以求对股份制商业银行持续性发展具有建设性的借鉴意义。文章首先介绍了研究背景和研究方法,并通过文献梳理的方法对于企业核心竞争力予以界定,进而推导出企业核心竞争力的要素。其次,通过对股份制商业银行核心竞争力的深入分析,总结股份制商业银行的核心竞争力要素特点以及构建其评价体系。最后,以P银行为例,讨论股份制商业银行在提升自身核心竞争力的过程中存在的问题,并提出解决方案,以期能够对增强股份制商业银行核心竞争力产生积极作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the increasingly fierce market competition, the shareholding commercial banks are facing unprecedented challenges. Since 2015, China has deepened the economic reform. With the economic growth changing more slowly, the government launched a series of reform policy such as the reform of state-owned enterprises and the One Belt and One Road initiative, which makes the economic situation we are faced with more complicated. At the same time, in the field of financial markets, the stock market experienced a rapid rise in 2014, and ushered in the most significant decline since the market opened in June 2015. So the enthusiasm of investors suffered a serious blow. As the government cuts interest rates successively, it is hard for banks to earn profits from the traditional loan business, and the operational risk outbreaks more seriously. Faced with complex financial environment, how can we establish their own brand, consolidate their advantage, while seize the market opportunities to enhance their core competencies; it would be a problem need to solve for banks. As an outstanding joint-stock commercial Bank in China, Bank of P began to develop for a long time, and formed a set of relatively perfect business process and service system. With a good reputation and quality services, Bank of P counterattacked in the case of a relative decline in the overall economy, and made great progress in all areas. In this paper, We will analyze the components of Bank of P’s core competitiveness, through the analysis of its innovation experience in products, services, management and other aspects. We also summarized the deficiencies in the operation, and gave the opinions in the later part of this paper, which has a constructive meaning to their sustainable development. In general, this paper will introduce the research background and research methods at first, and define the concept of enterprise core competitiveness through reviewing the literature method, and then deduces the elements of enterprise core competitiveness. Secondly, we will analyze deeply the core competitiveness of shareholding commercial Banks, so that to build the core competence evaluation system of shareholding commercial Banks and the characteristics of the elements. Finally, we will discuss the existing problems in the process of raising shareholding commercial Banks’ core competitive ability, and propose solutions, so that to promote its sustainable development. | |
