| 中文摘要: | 在未来的10年中,中国管理咨询行业的需求将以每年10倍的速度增加,到2015年中国管理咨询行业的有效需求总额将达到几百亿美元。目前中国管理咨询行业的外延不断扩大,从市场调研、企业诊断、管理咨询、培训服务各个细分市场开始拓展,而对于管理咨询行业的初创公司,如何结合外部环境及企业管理方式制定适时的创业战略成为了行业进入者关注的问题。 研究以A公司为研究对象,考察其在作为初创企业的市场环境及战略部署情况,以丰富发展战略管理理论,在解决A公司发展实际经营发展关键部署的过程中,也为战略管理理论提供了新的案例研究。结合A公司面临的市场环境对其进行系统的调研与分析,为A企业在市场经营中寻找核心业务,探索市场发展方向,为A企业在发展战略管理上提供管理建议,并为企业在今后的行业发展保持优异业绩提供保障。在现行市场咨询行业服务不断升级的过程中,其核心业务、服务能力质量直接关系到企业未来的发展,因此从创业战略的视角角度来提升企业的核心竞争力尤为重要,本研究在拟在帮助A企业进行发展战略设计的同时,提升竞争力,也为同行业中小型市场咨询公司提供一些战略管理方面的参考。 研究第一章介绍研究的背景、研究意义、论文的主要研究内容及方法,对国内外初创企业战略管理的相关研究进行梳理。第二章对中小企业、创业理论、企业发展阶段理创业战略管理的理论进行总结。第三章对A公司的外部环境、企业运营环境、内部条件几个方面着手展开分析,同时采用SWOT分析方法分析企业面临的实际情况。第四章选定A公司发展战略模型,对其战略目标进行确定,提出A公司的发展战略方案设计。分别从企业的培训业务、诊断咨询业务两个方向进行设计。第五章对A公司发展战略的实施与控制进行总结。包括如何调整企业的运作构建、公司职能以及企业文化的构建等几个方面。 研究利用文献法、调查访谈法、经验总结法对研究进行构建,研究构建了A公司未来发展的商业模型,认为需要从企业培训业务、管理咨询业务入手来进行创业初期的市场战略构建,从多元化战略、差异化战略、创新战略等多种手段来实现企业的可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The demand for management consultancy is increasing sharply by 10 times of every year in China. The total available demand for it will reach several hundred billion dollars in the next 10 years industry in China up to 2015. In today’s, the demand trend of the management consultancy in China continues to expand. Market research, enterprise diagnosis, management consulting and training services in all market segments began to expand. For the management consultancy startups, how to combine the external environment and the timely development of enterprise management entrepreneurial strategy has become a problem.. The thesis takes A company as the research object, studying its start-ups as the market environment and strategic situation to enrich the business management theory, together with the theory of entrepreneurship combined with strategic management theories in solving real business deployment. This company went through systematic research and analysis, looking for its core business and exploring the market opportunities. Not only it will provide A company advice on strategic management, but also it provide case study for other small and medium consulting firm. The first chapter introduces the research background research, the research significance, the paper's main research content and methods related researches entrepreneurial strategic management to sort out. The second chapter is theory review of SMEs, entrepreneurship theory, strategic management, and strategic business management. Chapter III is for A company's external business environment, business operating environment, several aspects of internal conditions to start analysis. SWOT analysis is to analyze the actual situation facing enterprises. Chapter Four Company A selected strategic business model, determine its strategic objectives and designed the company's business strategy. It designed for two parts: corporate training business, and diagnostic consulting business. Chapter V is for the implementation and control of corporate entrepreneurship strategy and thesis summary, including how to adjust the operation of enterprises, build corporate functions, competence and build corporate culture aspects. The thesis reviewed existing theory, have some investigation interviews and experience method to build up the business model of Company A. It shall be necessary to start business from corporate training business, management-consulting business in the early days of market strategy and grow with multivariate strategy, differentiation strategy, innovation strategy and other means to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. | |
