中文摘要：	随着区域旅游合作的不断兴起，作为典型的区域旅游空间系统，城乡区域旅游业的协调发展成为促进区域旅游可持续发展及新农村建设的重要途径。在城乡统筹的背景下，城乡区域旅游业的互动开发凸显了其理论与现实意义。在对国内外区域及城乡旅游相关研究进行综述的基础上，基于旅游系统理论，本文提出了旅游流双向流动的城乡旅游系统，并结合该系统对我国城乡区域旅游业的发展现状进行分析，从中找出我国城乡旅游业发展中面临的问题。我国城乡旅游的发展现状表明，同一区域内的城市和乡村在旅游功能及旅游发展水平方面仍存在着显著的差异和互补之处。正是两者之间相互依赖的关系，使得城乡旅游的发展得以互动，而且，通过互动中城乡旅游流的双向流动来促进城乡旅游系统的不断融合和协调发展，这有助于实现城乡区域旅游业的协调发展。 鉴于此，本文以旅游系统理论、核心边缘理论、空间相互作用理论和城乡统筹等相关理论为基础，结合双向流动的城乡旅游流体系，从旅游市场体系的供给和需求两个方面，提出城乡旅游的互动开发模式，并对模式运行的支持系统和保障机制进行研究，以期通过城乡旅游的互动开发更好地发挥城乡旅游系统的功能，促进城乡区域旅游业的可持续发展。 本文在文献分析的基础上，综合运用系统分析及演绎推理等方法对城乡旅游的互动开发进行研究。作者认为，由于城乡旅游的互动需要具备相应的条件与动力，我国城乡旅游的互动开发也应分阶段进行。对于城乡统筹度及经济关联度较高的城乡区域，在城乡旅游系统下，通过采取旅游互动开发的具体模式，促进旅游流的双向互动，可以更好地发挥城乡旅游系统的功能，以实现城乡旅游的可持续发展。本文的城乡旅游互动开发研究是对城乡区域旅游合作的初步探索，希望能为城乡旅游的协调发展起到一定的指导作用。
英文摘要：	As the development of the regional tourism cooperation, the urban-rural region’s tourism, a typical centralized tourism space, has become an important way to improve the sustainable development of the regional tourism and to the new country’s development. So, based on the whole urban-rural development plan, it emphasizes the importance of the mutual exploitation of the urban tourism and the rural tourism in theory and practice. After the summary to lots of researches on the regional and urban-rural region’s tourism, this paper puts forward the model of the urban-rural region’s tourism system in the tourism flows’perspective. And this is based on the tourism system theory. This paper also finds out the problems in current urban-rural region’s tourism system. And it indicates that rural and urban, though in the same region, have notable differences in the tourism function and development level, which just cause the complements between each other. Only when we can improve the unity of the urban-rural region’s tourism system by the tourism flows’circulation, we can improve the sustainable development of the rural-urban region’s tourism. According to this, based on the Tourism System Theory, Core Periphery Model，Spatial Interaction and so on, this paper puts forward the mode of the mutual exploitation of the urban-rural region’s tourism in the tourism flows’ perspective, which combines the demand and supply in the tourism market. And this paper also has a study on the sustain system and guarantee mechanism of the mode in order to realize the function of the urban-rural region’s tourism system more effectively, and finally to improve the sustainable development of the urban-rural region’s tourism. On the basis of the literature analysis, systems analysis and deduction research, the author thinks that due to the required conditions and momentums, we should carry through the mutual exploitation of the urban-rural region’s tourism step by step. For the urban-rural regions which have high degree of relations, they can implement the functions of the urban-rural region’s tourism system more easily and can help to realize the sustainable development of the urban-rural region’s tourism. This paper’s research is an exploration to the cooperation between the urban and rural area, hoping to give some suggestions to the mutual development of the urban-rural region’s tourism.
