| 中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的迅速发展,很多成功实施ERP系统的企业已经积累了大量的业务数据,但是这些业务数据的商业价值并没有被充分的发掘和利用。商业智能是一种将存储在业务系统中的数据转化为知识和智慧的技术,目的是使企业的决策者获得洞察力,帮助企业做出明智的经营决策。商业智能一般由数据仓库、在线分析处理和数据挖掘组成。 为了客观准确地评价企业的绩效,迫切需要建立一套完整的关于ERP环境下企业绩效的评价体系。本文通过对平衡计分卡理论和商业智能技术的分析,设计并开发基于关键绩效指标的企业绩效评价系统。作者结合自己在绩效管理模块开发中的工作,主要从以下几个方面对该系统做了详细分析研究: 1.对商业智能环境下企业绩效评价系统进行了总体设计,确定系统的目标和设计原则,设计了系统的总体结构,其中包括功能结构、体系结构和系统流程。 2.对数据仓库系统进行了详细设计,数据仓库系统设计是在对 ERP 环境下企业绩效评价系统的数据需求和数据来源分析的基础上进行的,设计了数据仓库主题域,明确了元数据的主要内容、描述了数据抽取过程。 3.论文选取公司绩效评价中的销售分析主题进行实例分析,对企业绩效评价模型的有效性进行了验证。 4.设计并开发基于Web的前端展示关键绩效指标的企业仪表盘系统,通过给关键绩效指标值配置符号体系,形象的表达指标的状态和趋势,使管理者迅速直观的了解企业的经营状况。 本文以微软的SQL Server 2005为开发平台,从不同的数据源中提取有用的数据,然后经过抽取、转换和装载,即ETL过程,合并到一个企业级的数据仓库或数据集市里。通过构建多维数据集,实现多维数据分析和数据挖掘功能,根据对多维数据的钻取、切片以及旋转等分析动作,可以完成对关键绩效指标的查询,最后将绩效指标通过前端展示工具呈现于用户面前,为用户的决策过程提供支持。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of information technology, many enterprises who have applied the ERP system successfully have accumulated a large amount of business data. However, these data have not been fully explored and utilized for the commercial valve. Business intelligence, composed of database, online analytical processing and data mining, which is a technology transforming the data stored in the operation system into knowledge and intelligence, aims to ensure the corporate managers to acquire insight and helps the enterprise to make a wise management decision. In order to evaluate enterprises performance objectively and exactly, it is urgent to establish an integrated enterprise performance evaluation system under ERP system. In this thesis, through analyzing the theory of balanced Scorecard and business intelligence, the author designs and develops the enterprise performance evaluation system based on the key performance indicator. On the basis of his experience in exploring the module of the performance management, the author has studied and analyzed this system from the following aspects: 1. This thesis designs the enterprise performance evaluation system under business intelligence. It sets up the objective and designing principles of the system, designs the whole structure of the system including functional structure, system structure and system flow. 2. This thesis designs the system in detail including database system and the subject field of database, specifies the main content of metadata and describes the data extraction process based on analysis of the system’s data demand and data source. 3. This thesis validates the availability of the enterprise performance evaluation model by analyzing the Corporation’s sales performance. 4. This thesis designs and explores the system of Business Objects Dashboard Manager which displays the key performance index based on the Web front. Through allocating the key performance index the symbols, it shows clearly the state and trend of the indicator, so the administrators can have a clear knowledge of the management situation of the enterprises. This thesis is based on Microsoft's SQL Server 2005 development platform, extracting useful data from different data sources, and clearing up in time in order to ensure the accuracy of the data and then after extraction, transformation and load, that is, the ETL process, merging into one enterprise-class date warehouse or a data market. Through building the Multidimensional Cube, it can realize the functions of multidimensional data analysis and data mining. According to analysis on the drill, slice and rotation of the multidimensional data, we can complete the inquiry on the key performance indicators and finally show these performance indicators in front of the users through front-end display tool, in order to support the users’ decision-making process. | |
