中文摘要：	民航业竞争日趋激烈，机场的发展战略规划关系到企业的生存与发展。近年来，随着民用机场管辖权下放，我国民航对外资、民营资本的逐步放开，全国许多机场集团、机场有限公司如雨后春笋般应运而生，机场市场化运作趋势逐渐加剧，机场意识到发展战略对经营管理的重要性。在我国机场迅速崛起的背景下，沈阳桃仙国际机场作为最早的全国六大区域枢纽机场早已风光不再，本文通过对沈阳机场发展战略规划进行详细分析与研究，给出针对性战略规划调整策略。本文首先回顾了企业战略、经营层战略、平台战略以及枢纽机场等基础理论，并借鉴国内外大型枢纽机场发展经验，凝练成沈阳机场平台战略研究的理论框架；其次，结合沈阳机场发展现状、存在的问题与面临的挑战，详细分析了沈阳机场平台效应下总体结构与总体强化措施，并就沈阳机场第一、二平台生态圈上下游用户市场给出相对应的强化措施；最终，形成与沈阳机场平台生态圈发展相匹配的平台竞争策略、覆盖威胁的回应策略以及定价机制、补贴策略以及赢利模式。本文借鉴国内外枢纽机场发展经验，通过对沈阳机场进行平台战略研究，制定了针对性的机场枢纽化强化措施与竞争策略，以加快沈阳机场枢纽化战略调整，增强基础设施与配套系统建设，优化航线网络布局，提高运行保障能力，推动机场用户市场规模不断扩大，提升沈阳机场区域性门户枢纽机场地位。
英文摘要：	The competition of civil aviation industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer, the development strategy of the airport is related to the survival and development of the enterprise. In recent years, with the decentralization of civil airports' jurisdiction, the gradual release of China's civil aviation to foreign capital and private capital, many airport group and airport co., ltd. emerge as the times require, the trend of airport market operation is gradually increasing, and the importance of the development strategy for the management of the airport is realized. Under the background of rapid development of China's airport, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport as the first six major regional hub airports have been scenery no longer, this article through the Shenyang airport development strategy planning for detailed analysis and research, given the strategic planning and adjustment strategy. This thesis first reviews the enterprise strategy, business-level strategy, platform strategy and hub airport theory, and draw lessons from domestic and international experience in the development of large hub airports, a concise theoretical framework for the study of airport platform strategy in Shenyang; secondly, according to the development status of Shenyang airport, the problems and challenges faced by Shenyang Airport, platform under the effect of the overall structure and overall strengthening a detailed analysis of the measures, and the Shenyang airport, the first and second platform ecological circle on the downstream market given the corresponding strengthening measures; finally, with the formation of the Shenyang airport platform ecological circle development platform competition strategy, matching the coverage threat response strategy and pricing mechanism, subsidy strategy and profit model. This thesis draws on the experience of the domestic and international airport development, through the Shenyang airport platform strategy research, development of the airport hub and the competition strategy, in order to speed up the Shenyang airport hub strategy adjustment, strengthen infrastructure and supporting system construction, optimize the route network layout, improve operation support capabilities, and promote the expansion of the airport user market scale, and enhance the Shenyang airport regional hub airport position.
