| 中文摘要: | 目前跨国航空制造企业的产品大部分是以生产转移的方式进入中国进行生产的,每个生产转移项目都有着鲜明的项目特征,可视为一个独立的项目,对生产转移项目的风险评估与风险应对关系到整个项目的成败。因此航空产品生产转移项目的风险评估与应对研究就显得格外重要。然而国内对航空产品,尤其是航空复合材料产品的生产转移项目风险管理研究还处于起步阶段。 本文研究了所述跨国公司正在进行的航空复合材料产品生产转移项目--A320NEO风扇整流罩生产转移项目,以生产转移项目发送方和生产转移项目接收方的视角对其相应的项目阶段进行了风险识别、评估与应对的研究。项目发送方的风险识别采用德尔菲法,通过对资深生产转移相关人员进行问卷调查,创建了项目发送方的初步风险识别检查单。通过使用检查清单识别并评估了项目发送方在项目发起、制定项目计划并批准阶段的高风险因素,并制定了相应的风险应对方案。在项目接收方的风险识别,主要研究了生产制造方面的风险,结合复合材料产品的制造流程,通过运用过程失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)对案例中大型复合材料中空薄壁板航空部件生产的风险进行了定量分析,对风险优先级做出排序,识别出了风险等级最高的几个因素。结合防错原则对风险顺序数靠前的风险因素制定风险对策,形成风险应对方案。最后对使用PFMEA、质量报和误工统计如何进行风险监控的方法进行了探讨。 本文研究的生产转移项目的风险评估与应对,对于所述公司今后的生产转移项目形成了一个良好的模板,是一个较为有效、简单易用的工具;与国内其他航空制造企业开展或准备开展航空复合材料跨国生产转移项目有着较高的契合度,对行业生产转移项目风险评估与应对有一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Most of international aerospace corporations who put their parts manufactured in China are doing the business in the form of Work Transfer. Each of the individual work transfer program has its apparently features of project which makes the work transfer as a project. Risk management is essential to the project’s success, thus the risk assessments and mitigating risk are significant important to work transfer project. However, the study on Risk Management of Aerospace Composite Components is in initial stage. This thesis presents the author’s study on risk assessment & response of A320NEO Fan Cowl work transfer project taking place at noted corporation, the study is carried out from the view of the work transfer project’s sending team and receiving team at their corresponding stage. The Delphi method is selected to perform risk identification/assessment for project sending, the preliminary risk assessment check list is worked out through 2 rounds survey to the experienced work transfer team members. The preliminary risk assessment check list is reviewed for project strategy approval stage & project plan approval stage of A320NEO work transfer project, high risk items are highlighted and propose risk mitigation plan. As for the risk deification/assessment for project receiving stage, the study mainly focused on the manufacturing risks, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for A320NEO Fan Cowl is performed based on the manufacturing process of the Large Scale Hollowed Thin Laminated Composite parts, potential risks are identified and prioritized via this quantitative risk assessment tool. The risk mitigation plan is developed according to the mistake prevention principles. How to monitor the risk level using the live PFMEA, Quality Report and Turn Back collections are discussed at the last. The study of work transfer risk assessment and response in this thesis is a good risk management template for the noted corporation for future work transfer projects, it is an effective tool and relatively easy to use for other domestic companies who plans to do the work transfer of aerospace composite structures. It is also a reference of risk management of work transfer in the aerospace industry. | |
