中文摘要:人类社会已经迈进了一个以知识为主宰,以全球化、信息化、市场化快速发展为特征的新经济时代,具有知识和技能的人力资源已成为企业最重要的资产,对它的占有是企业取得竞争优势和保持企业旺盛生命力的关键要素。员工被认为是企业最不可忽视的有价值财富,因此员工对企业的满意与否深刻影响着员工的工作成绩和企业的发展。所以,现代很多知名大企业都将员工满意度管理作为其企业管理和发展的一门必修课,给予员工满意度足够的重视。 另一方面,随着我国经济的快速发展以及国家政策的鼓励,城镇化进程将进一步推动市场对电梯产品的需求,同时也带来了电梯行业的激烈竞争。作为顶级的电梯曳引机制造企业,BOM公司受其母公司UTC的影响,一直遵循“ACE运营体系”(获取竞争优势)的指导,以应对和适应激烈的市场竞争环境。而衡量组织“获取竞争优势”成熟度的一个关键的经营绩效指标就是员工满意度。 本论文以奥的斯电梯曳引机制造企业BOM公司为研究对象,对BOM公司员工满意度的问卷设计和测定方法做了简要的介绍,并以数据为基础对员工满意度的现状进行了披露,并对影响员工满意度的关键因素进行了详尽的分析。而后,结合ACE工具和人力资源相关管理理论,针对影响BOM公司员工满意度的薪酬与福利、培训与发展、管理沟通、工作与工作环境等四个关键方面提出了有针对性的提升策略,从而提高了员工在这些方面的满意度。最后,作者从组织方面、财务方面、技术方面创造性地提出了保证员工满意度提升策略顺利实施的几个着眼点,为当今制造型企业提供借鉴,如何借助人力资源和信息技术优势,通过财务控制的手段保证员工满意度这一年度指标的顺利达成。  
英文摘要:Human society has entered into a new era of knowledge-based economy, characterized by rapid development of globalization, informationization and marketization. Human resource with knowledge and skills has become the most important asset of the enterprise, which is the key element of the enterprise to obtain competitive advantage and maintain the vitality of the enterprise. Employees are considered as the most valuable asset and internal customers of company, thus employee satisfaction is directly related to the performance of the staff and the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, it has become an important content and means of modern enterprise management to pay more attention to the management of employee satisfaction. On the other hand, with the rapid development of China's economy and the encouragement of the national policy, the process of urbanization will further promote the demand of the market to the elevator products, but also bring the fierce competition into the elevator industry. As the top elevator traction machine manufacturing company, company BOM has been always following the operating system of "ACE(Achieve Competitive Effectiveness)" advocated by its parent company United Technologies Corporation to cope with and adapt to the fierce market competition environment. One of the key management performance indexes to measure organization the maturity of "gaining the competitive advantage" is the employee satisfaction. This thesis takes the OTIS elevator traction machine company BOM as the research object, to briefly introduce the employee satisfaction questionnaire design and measurement methods, and disclose the employee satisfaction status based on solid data, and the key factors of affecting employee satisfaction are analyzed in details. Then, combined with the ACE tools and related HR management theory, the paper puts forward some targeted strategies to improve the employee satisfaction in four key aspects, such as compensation and benefits, training and development, management communication, work and work environment and so on. Finally, the author puts forward some points of view on how to ensure the smooth implementation of employee satisfaction strategy in terms of organization, finance and technology. It can provide reference for the modern manufacturing enterprises that how to ensure the yearly target completion of employee satisfaction by means of human resource and technology advantage as well as finance method.
