| 中文摘要: | 在经济高速发展的背景下,随着企业间竞争的日益激烈,人才对企业发展的促进作用也越来越突出,留住人才的能力将直接决定一个企业的生存和发展。员工满意度高意味着更高的工作效率、为企业带来效益、同时也是企业管理运营状况的“晴雨表”;而员工满意度低不仅会使企业面临效率低下的问题,更有甚者,满意度低的员工会向外寻找更好的工作机会,会使企业陷入人才流失的困局。随着中国加入WTO以及国际经济一体化的迅猛发展,中国与韩国的经贸往来越来越频繁,韩国企业在华掀起投资热潮。然而韩资企业因为在华投资方向和特有的企业文化的原因,导致韩资企业容易出现员工满意度低和高员工流失率的问题,这也更凸显了改善员工满意度的的意义。为了解决在华韩资企业员工满意度普遍偏低的问题,本文选取了隶属于三星集团的S公司作为案例,对 S公司部分离职人员和即将离职人员进行了访谈,通过对访谈结果的分析,从公司管理的角度找出了S公司员工满意度低和职工离职率高的具体原因,进而结合S公司的实际情况从实践角度提出对S公司改善员工满意度方面的对策和建议:注重人本管理;改善员工的工作环境;改善工作岗位建设;建立更科学的绩效考核制度;增进企业内部沟通;设立员工满意度管理体系。通过该案例S公司可以做出相应的改善,也为其它韩资企业解决类似的问题提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With high speed growth of economy and intense competition between enterprises, human resources are playing an important part of enterprise development, therefore the ability of retaining staff is important for enterprises to survive and develop. Employee satisfaction means high work efficiency, good performance of enterprises as well as a barometer of enterprise management performance. On the other side, low employee satisfaction means not only bad performance of enterprises but also employee turnover, which make enterprises have to face the loss of human resources. Since China has been a member of WTO and international economic integration has developed, the trade between China and Korea is growing .Although the amount of investment from Korea is large, Korea-invested enterprises focus more on manufacturing and have different corporate culture , as a result, low employee satisfaction and employee turnover are following, which show us the significance of improving employee satisfaction. To resolve the problem of low employee satisfaction in Korea-invested enterprises, this research shows us a case of Samsung S company. The research interviewed those who had quitted their jobs or planning to. According to the result, the research found out the specific reasons of low employee satisfaction and employee turnover in S company. What's more, according to practical situation of S company, the research suggests five aspects to improve the employee satisfaction for S company, they are: Paying attention to humanistic management; Improving work environment; Setting work positions considering employee's occupational planning; Improving the performance appraisal management system; Promoting communication in the company; Establishing employee satisfaction management system. | |
