中文摘要:20世纪90年代以来,连锁经营以其专业化分工、集中化管理和标准化运作带来的规模经济优势已经成为我国零售业发展的主要方向,连锁零售企业在不断取得进步的同时展现着强大的生命力。作为支撑连锁零售企业的重要基础,物流配送中心的高效率和低成本运作成为连锁零售企业核心竞争力的重要来源。WZ公司作为世界500强之一的外资连锁零售企业在华成立的子公司,虽然有母公司的先进管理技术和理念可供借鉴,但其物流配送中心仍然存在着管理绩效改善不佳、人力资源发展不足的问题,究其根本,在一定程度上反映的是员工激励不足的问题。 本文基于上述相关问题,论述了WZ公司物流配送中心员工激励问题的表象和原因,并进一步提出了对应的优化方案。本文从WZ公司物流配送中心的发展现状入手,发现应对其发展挑战的关键因素在于员工激励。通过对WZ公司物流配送中心员工激励现状的分析,总结出七个方面的问题。最后提出了以薪酬福利和工作环境为重点的两个优化方面和对应的保障措施。 本文的研究和论述主要以WZ公司为对象,旨在通过研究该公司的员工激励制度和问题,为改善WZ公司物流配送中心的员工激励提出具有参考价值的优化建议,同时为连锁零售行业其他企业提供有益的借鉴。 
英文摘要:Chain business has become the main direction of China's retail industry development since 1990s, with its’ scale economic advantage brought by the specialized division of labor, centralized management and standardized operation. Chain retail enterprises in China developed continuously,meanwhile,showed strong vitality. As an important basis to support chain management, the operation efficiency and cost of logistics distribution center also became important sources of the core competitiveness of the chain retail enterprises. WZ company is a subsidiary set up by one of the would 500 strong enterprises. Although the advanced management technology and concept of the parent company can be used for reference, the logistics distribution center of WZ company still has the problems of poor management performance improvement and human resource development. After investigating its root cause, the real problem, lack of motivation, is found. Based on the related problems, this paper discusses the phenomenon and the reasons of the employee motivation of WZ company's logistics distribution center, and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme. This paper starts with the development of logistics distribution center of WZ company, and finds that the key factor of the development of the company's development challenges lies in employee motivation. Through the analysis of the status quo of the employee motivation in distribution center of WZ company, seven aspects of problem are summarized. Finally, two aspects of optimization and the corresponding guaranteed measures are put forward which are focused on salary and welfare and working environment. The research and discussion of this paper mainly takes the WZ company as the object, by studying the company's employee motivation system and its problems, puts forward valuable optimization suggestions on improving employee motivation of WZ company's logistics distribution center, at the same time provides a useful reference for other enterprises of chain retail industry.
