| 中文摘要: | 随着社会对人才在企业中重要性认识的提升,培训工作的价值与作用也得到了越来越多企业的认可。海信网络科技公司近年来已跻身国内智能交通行业的发展前列,各项管理工作均取得了较好的成绩,其中在公司培训工作方面也获得了长足的进步。虽然公司目前也在培训过程中或完成后开展过部分针对课程项目效果的评估,但由于缺乏有效的方法,使评估工作无法得到科学有效的度量,导致培训效果很难展现,直接影响海信网络科技公司培训工作的良性发展。 本文将从提升培训工作在企业中的作用与价值角度出发,通过深入研究国内外培训效果评估相关的前沿理论,夯实海信网络科技公司培训效果评估工作的理论基础。通过对企业目前培训现状的深入分析以及员工培训效果评估现状进行调查研究后,详细总结了目前的评估工作存在的相关问题及导致此类问题产生的原因,以柯克帕特里克四层级培训效果评估模型为基础理论模型支撑,对海信网络科技公司培训效果评估的思路、流程、部分评价指标及后续保障机制进行了改进设计。并运用设计成果,以该公司“狼图腾”培训项目中的《客户关系维护与拓展》课程为试运行课程,试行本文的研究成果,较为有力的验证了海信网络科技公司员工培训效果评估设计成果的有效性与实用性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, with companies realize the importance of the elite, there are more and more companiesattach great importance to the value and effect of staff training. As a leading enterprise in intelligent transportation industry, Hisense Network Technology Company made great progress in terms of staff training in recent years. The company has done some work to evaluate training effect, but due to lack of a suitable training effectiveness evaluation method, the training effectiveness and training result can’t be effectively measured; and now it direct impact on the healthy development aboutstaff training of Hisense Network Technology Company. From the perspective of improve the training effectiveness, through in-depth research on advanced experience of training effectiveness evaluation, this article lay a solid theoretical basis for the training effectiveness evaluation of Hisense Network Technology Company. After in-depth researched of the situation of current training and training effectiveness of Hisense Network Technology Company, summarized problems of employee training effectiveness evaluation of this company and root causes which gave rise to these problem,and base on the outcome of the study of Kirkpatrick’s four levels evaluation theory, this article provide an improvement about the Hisense network Technology company employee training effect evaluationmethod, evaluation process, some evaluation indicator and evaluation ensuring mechanism. Applyresearch resultsto the "customer relationship maintenance and expansion" course curriculum which in the company's "Wolf Totem" training program; it adequately proven the effectiveness and practicality of the research results about Hisense network Technology company employee training effectiveness evaluation. | |
