中文摘要: 本文研究的重点是精益思想指导下的供应链管理实践研究。众所周知,在当今的经济环境中,竞争激烈,增加销售额非常的困难,所以各个企业越来越重视供应链管理问题。供应链管理的目标是通过控制和降低成本,帮助企业获得持续性的竞争优势。供应链管理是利用一系列同步的决定和活动,来有效的整合供应商、生产商、仓储、物流、零售商和顾客等资源,以使得合适的产品或者服务,以恰当的数量,在正确的时间,运送到正确的地点,满足客户服务需求的同时,在系统内部降低成本,使得成本最小化。供应链成本占据销售成本的大部分,降低很少一点的供应链成本,就相当于提升了很大的销售额。精益是一种以团队精神为基础,可以实现持续改善的生产方式,关注重点是消除浪费,正确的制定价值,识别价值流并绘制价值流图,让消除了浪费环节的价值流图真正流动起来,以用户拉动方式带动价值流,追求尽善尽美。本文基于精益思想和供应链的管理理论,以及以往的研究成果和精益管理模式经验,结合实例,经过综合研究和演绎,提出了精益思想下的解决制造型企业供应链管理问题的方法。 本文结合G公司作为典型外资独资制造型企业实行精益供应链管理的实际案例,分析了其建厂以来供应链管理出现的问题,如库存过高、产品不能按时交付、企业内部浪费严重等问题,并结合精益思想提出了解决方案,如优化项目转移流程以稳定客户需求、制定库存管理策略、建立精益生产体系、使用精益工具提高产品质量、建立5S和看板管理等,并提供实际效果对比来说明实施精益供应链管理的必要性。此外本文同时总结了在新建厂导入精益思想可能面临的问题与挑战,对未来制造型企业精益供应链的发展进行了展望。  
英文摘要: This thesis focuses on supply chain management practice study under the guide of lean thinking. As we all know, the competition is extremely fierce in current economic environment, and it’s very difficult to increase sale volume, so all enterprises increasingly emphasize on supply chain management to reduce cost. The goal of supply chain management is to help enterprise obtain continuous competitive advantage through cost control and reduction. Supply chain management is to effectively integrate supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, logistics, retailor and customers, utilizing a series of synchronized decision and activities, to ensure proper product or service deliver to customers in right quality, timing and location with satisfaction, meanwhile, to minimize the cost internally in the system. Supply chain cost takes up the majority of sales cost, therefore supply chain cost reduction equals to sales volume increasing. Lean is a continuously improved manufacturing model based on teamwork spirit, focusing on eliminating waste, specifying correct value, identifying value stream and creating value stream mapping, making the value-creating steps flow, driving the flow by customer pulling and pursuing perfection. This thesis proposes methods to solve supply chain management issues in manufacturing enterprises, which are based on management theory of lean thinking and supply chain, and also based on previous study result of lean management and actual enterprise management practice. This thesis uses the lean supply chain management experience in G Company, a typical wholly foreign owned manufacturing company, as example, analyses the supply chain management issues since the factory startup, such as high volume of inventory, high WIP inventory, poor on time delivery performance, and inner waste in the company. Also the solution is brought up in the thesis, such as optimizing work transfer process to stable customer demand, creating short term and long term inventory management strategy and principle, setting up lean manufacturing system, improving product quality by using lean tools and setting up 5S and Kanban system. The improvement result comparison (before and after) is also provided in the thesis, illustrating the necessity of lean supply chain application in manufacturing industry. In addition, this thesis also summarizes issues and challenges of applying lean management system in a newly built up factory, and describes the outlook of lean supply chain development in manufacturing industry.
