中文摘要：	近年来，互联网金融发展势头正盛，传统银行业的经营面临着较大的压力。笔者在本文中采用文献研究、归纳演绎、个案研究等方法，以笔者所在的中国建设银行股份有限公司为例，运用战略管理分析工具对建设银行的所面对的互联网金融企业的竞争，内部优势和劣势以及外部机遇和挑战进行了分析，并对其在目前发展互联网金融的过程中采取的措施以及存在的问题进行了剖析，最终提出建设银行互联网金融发展的战略及其保障措施。笔者通过本文，希望能给中国建设银行发展互联网金融业务带来新的启迪，同时也给银行同业或互联网金融圈的其他企业提供有益的启示和参考。 本文在开头主要概述本文的研究背景、研究意义，介绍了本文的研究思路、方法和创新点，然后是理论基础与研究概述，主要介绍了互联网金融的概念及特征，并简介了国内外互联网金融的研究动态，并对本文用到的战略决策工具进行了介绍。然后本文结合实际介绍了建设银行互联网金融发展的现状，并从建行的传统电子银行业务和互联网金融创新业务分别举例；在此之后，对建设银行互联网金融内外部竞争环境进行了分析，阐述了建行的内部资源与能力方面的优势、发展互联网金融过程中存在的不足、面临的机会和威胁以及互联网金融对商业银行的部分影响；然后在建设银行互联网金融发展战略这一章中合上述内容，运用SWOT工具，结合内外部因素评价矩阵和VRIO分析法，进行了战略匹配和选择，选择了实施扩张型的战略，包括完善现有的互联网金融平台、完善社会化媒体营销推广渠道、加速渠道建设、带动传统银行业务发展等；并在此基础上匹配了建设银行互联网金融发展战略的保障措施，包括组织保障、风险制度及技术保障、绩效考核以及激励机制、转变思维等；最后得出实施扩张型战略的结论，并对未来建设银行互联网金融的发展进行了展望。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the development of Internet financial is in full force, the traditional banking industry is facing greater pressure. In this article, the author uses the method of literature research, induction and deduction, case study, the author's case, the use of strategic management analysis tools for the China Construction Bank's Internet financial competition, internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges are analyzed, and the current development of Internet financial and the problems were analyzed. Through this article, I hope to give a new inspiration to the development of Internet financial in China Construction Bank, but also provide useful inspiration and reference to other enterprises in the same industry or Internet financial circle. This paper mainly summarizes the research background, research significance, the research ideas, methods and innovation points, and then is the theoretical basis and research overview, introduces the concept and characteristics of Internet financial, and introduces the research trends of Internet financial in China and abroad. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of Internet financial in China Construction Bank, and analyzes the internal resources and capabilities, the opportunities and threats as well as the impact of Internet financial on China Construction Bank. Then, the paper uses SWOT tool, combined with internal and external factor evaluation matrix and VRIO analysis method, and chooses the strategy of implementing expansion strategy, including improving the existing Internet financial platform, improving social media marketing channel and accelerating channel construction, driveing the development of traditional banking, and on the basis of the construction of the bank's Internet financial development strategy, including organizational support, risk system and technical support, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, and finally the conclusion of the implementation of the expansion strategy, and the future development of the Internet financial China Construction Bank.
