中文摘要：	2003年《保护非物质文化遗产公约》的建立，使民间流传的非物质文化遗产获得合理的保护。宝坻区京东大鼓于2006年被列入到“国家非物质文化遗产”保护名录。这从另一方面也说明了保护京东大鼓非物质文化遗产的紧迫性，尤其是用现代技术手段来保护和传承的重要性。因为，就目前情况来看国内外最主流最有效的措施就是将非物质文化遗产数字化，建设非物质文化遗产特色数据库。与诸多非物质文化遗产面临的境地相同，京东大鼓非物质文化遗产同样面临着艰难的传承危机。因此，建设京东大鼓特色数据库是一项重要而迫切的工作。这也充分说明了此项研究具有一定的前瞻性和现实意义。本论文主要以宝坻区京东大鼓非物质文化遗产特色库建设为研究对象，并通过田野调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对宝坻区京东大鼓文化资源的分布、口述历史、种类、传承、活动、会议等方面信息资源进行归类分析。并在此基础上，对本地区流传的各种类型的民间京东大鼓进行图片、口述历史、视频以及音频的整理，用数字化技术建立京东大鼓非物质文化遗产网络特色库平台。本论文主要分为六个部分，第一章主要概述京东大鼓特色库的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究设计以及本研究的创新点。第二章主要回顾了特色数据库、非物质文化遗产以及非物质文化遗产特色数据库的研究情况，通过对相关理论研究的回顾与综述，为京东大鼓特色数据库的建设奠定了理论基础。主要介绍了宝坻区京东大鼓特色数据库构建的价值，并通过以下三个个视角：以非物质文化遗产的视角、以宝坻区图书馆建设的视角、以宝坻区地方经济文化建设的视角三个方面详细描述了宝坻区京东大鼓特色库构建的现实价值。第四章剖析了京东大鼓特色库资源的来源，对京东大鼓特色库的资源情况进行梳理，同时体现了特色库丰富多样的资源类型与形式。第五章论述了京东大鼓特色数据库；从整个特色数据库的建库原则到特色数据库的结构体系设计，再到最后的特色数据库的服务与维护都做了详细的描述。第六章结论部分笔者结合自己亲身参与和京东大鼓特色数据库建设的过程，对该课题中取得的经验教训做了总结，并对今后的研究做了展望。
英文摘要：	The establishment of “Convention of protection non-material cultural heritage” in 2003 made the non-material cultural heritage that spread in folk being protected rationally. The Baodi District Jingdong Bass Drum was added into the protection list of “National non-material cultural Heritage”. This also indicated that the urgency of Baodi County Jingdong Bass Drum protection as non-material, the importance of protection and inheritance through modern technical means, the most main current and effective way is constructing characteristic database of non-material cultural heritage through digitization it both domestic and overseas. It is a really important and urgent project to found characteristic database of non-material cultural heritage from the inheritance crisis, it is faced with as non-material cultural heritage. Therefore this research project has foresight and reality meaning. The main research object of this essay is the construction of database of non-material cultural heritage for the Baodi County Jingdong Bass Drum to analyze the information resources on cultural distribution, oral history, variety,inheritage, activities and meetings through Literature research method, field investigation method, digitized categorization and so on. And on this basis, clear up pictures, oral history, video and audio of various types of folk Jingdong Bass Drums in this region to set up the intangible cultural heritage network database platform with digital technology. This thesis mainly is divided into six parts, the first chapter is mainly an overview of the research background, research purpose and meaning, research design, and the innovation of this study of Jingdong Bass Drum characteristic database . The second chapter mainly reviews the characteristic database, the inon-material cultural heritage and the database research situation of non-material cultural heritage, with a review and summary of the relevant theoretical research lay a theoretical foundation for construction of special database for Jingdong Bass Drum. The third chapter mainly introduces the culture development and present situation of Baodi district Jingdong bass drum, and through the following three aspects, namely, the Angle of the necessity of constructing the characteristic database for intangible cultural heritage protection about Jingdong bass drum, the the necessity of constructing the characteristic database about Jingdong bass drum from the perspective of Baodi district library and archives , and also the necessity of constructing the characteristic database about Jingdong bass drum from the perspective of Baodi district construction. The fourth chapter analyzes the source of the characteristic database data analysis of Jingdong bass drum , tease the resource situation of the Jingdong bass drum characteristic database, such us the content of the data resource, the content of the data resource characteristics, the origin of data source, the characteristics of the origin of data source and data collection scope and so on, meanwhile show the diversity of resource types and methods of the characteristic database. The fifth chapter describes the Jingdong bass drum characteristic database; From the principle of the construction of the entire database to the structure system design of the database , at last the service and maintenance of the database are all described in detail. The sixth chapter conclusion part, the author with experiences of hands-on Jingdong bass drums characteristic database construction process do summarizes from the subject lessons and expectation for future research.
