| 中文摘要: | 服务外包已经成为世界经济复苏的新动力,也成为了国际间竞争的新领域。所谓软件外包就是一些发达国家的软件公司将他们的一些非核心的软件项目通过外包的形式交给人力资源成本相对较低的国家的公司开发,以达到降低软件开发成本的目的。在软件外包项目中,需求变更是不可避免的。项目开发人员对于需求变更的正确态度应该和软件测试的态度一样,在需求变更发生之前尽量减少需求变更,以将需求变更带来的风险降低到最低。高知特信息技术有限公司(Cognizant)是一家印度的软件外包企业,公司掌控的几乎所有软件项目都涉及到需求变更的问题,并对项目的进度以及项目质量本身产生重要的影响。笔者对亲身参与的Buck项目集(Buck Consultants)中的需求管理问题进行了分析研究,解决存在其中的问题。 本文介绍了目前外包软件行业内需求管理以及需求变更管理的现状,并结合笔者所在公司的Buck项目组所进行的项目BCU为例,详细分析了目前项目的需求管理的流程,需求变更的现状,并以BCU项目为例进行了详细的需求分析,建立了包括业务流程图、业务实体分析和报表分析在内的模型,确定了需求细节,建立UI模型。其次,为项目建立了需求基线管理,包括项目用例的建立、用例优先级的考量以及需求项工作量的估算。在需求变更管理中,提出了两点建议,统一渠道和统一平台,统一渠道即是建立专门的部门来处理需求变更,使开发人员和客户的沟通更顺畅,统一平台就是建立一个专门的系统来管理项目中出现的所有需求变更,便于之后工作的开展。最后建立了Buck项目组的需求跟踪并设计了适合Buck的需求跟踪矩阵。整个计划一经实施可以降低需求变更的成本和变更风险,并提高工作效率和最终的软件质量,使客户满意。基于高知特工作Buck项目组的客户相对稳定,所以本文对需求变更管理的所有研究成果和分析均可以应用到高知特公司其他项目组的项目,提高公司软件开发业务的整体管理和质量水平,同时对于其他企业的软件外包项目的需求管理也可起到一定的参考作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Service Outsourcing has become the new energy of world economic recovery, and also the new area of international competition. By “The Software Outsourcing”, it means some software companies of developed countries commission their non-core soft projects to the companies of developing countries with outsourcing form because of the lower human resource cost, so they can reduce their development cost. In the software outsourcing project, the Requirement Changes are inescapable. The developer should have the same concerns about both requirement changes and software testing, try the best to control the requirement changes. Cognizant is an Indian software outsourcing company, all the software projects have the requirement changes issues, and these issues have important effects on the project progress and quality. The paper researches the requirement changes’ issue of Buck Consultants project, and resolve it. This article is about the analysis about the Buck project and a model of requirement changes. And the paper analyze deeply in the workflow of requirement management and current situation of requirement changes on BCU. The paper also makes the requirement analysis on BCU, create Transaction Flow Diagram, entity abstract and report analysis. The paper determines the requirement detail and UI model. In the baseline management, priority and workload are analyzed. In the changes management, two pieces of advice have been given; unify the channel and the platform. The last, RTM for BCU has been created. This plan can reduce the changes’ cost and risk, and improve the software’s quality. Customers will glad to know it. Based on the stable customers, so the research result can be applied to other project in Cognizant and improve the project quality and management. | |
