中文摘要：	在国际化、全球化、一体化的浪潮下和国内市场经济不断发展的今天，我国涌现出越来越多优秀的民营企业，它们在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而，随着民营企业的迅猛发展，我们可以看到诸多民企逐步实现集团化、多元化发展，并期望能够成就百年企业。因此，如何建立符合集团民企发展需要的集团管控模式，如何提高民企集团企业的管理效率，是我国民企集团亟待解决的重要问题。 本文以国内典型的民营上市企业——RK集团的管控模式作为研究对象，分析其管控模式并提出优化方案以供借鉴。本文共分为五个章节。第一章为绪论，主要介绍了本文选题的背景、目的及相关集团管控理论基础等；第二章介绍了RK集团的基本情况、管控模式现状及存在的主要问题分析；第三章提出了优化RK集团管控模式的依据和基本原则，为下一步提出优化方案奠定基础；第四章通过上一章对RK集团的战略分析和发展阶段的认识，得出改善和进一步优化管控模式的基本思路和原则，得出优化RK集团发展的管控模式的方案以及实现的保障措施；第五章为全文的结论。 目前集团管控问题研究特别是迅速发展的民企集团的管控问题是管理方面一个重要课题。本文的意义在于为民企发展在管控模式上提供借鉴，为民企集团管控体系的发展和完善做出积极的探索。
英文摘要：	Nowadays,under the circumstances of internationalization,globalization,and integration as well as the continuous development of domestic market economy,more and more outstanding private enterprises emerged in China which play a more important role in economic development. However,with the rapid growth of private enterprises,many of them are gradually moving forward in the direction of diversification and collectivization development,also aspire to realize the dream of being a century-standing enterprise. Therefore,how to establish the management and control mode of a collectivized enterprise that can meet its developing needs and how to improve the management efficiency becoming an important issue which urgently need to be solved. This article uses a listed private enterprise which is RK Group as a research object,conducts a research on its current management and control system,also presents specific management and control proposals for reference. The article divides into 5 chapters. The first chapter is introduction， in which introduce the background of selecting this topic,research idea and relevant theories of domestic and international group’s management-control system etc. Chapter Two analyzes the current situation of RK group’s management and control system and the main problems,which paves the way to bring forward improvement measures in the following step. Chapter Three introduce the basis of optimization and principle, which paves the way to bring forward improvement measures in the following step. Chapter Four points out the question of how to optimize for management and control mode that is suitable for the development of RK Group eventually. Chapter Five is the conclusion of the article. Studies on a group’s management and control issue,particularly for those private enterprise groups with rapid growth,is an important topic in management.The contribution of this article,provides useful reference to the selection of a group’s management and control mode,helpsto develop the group with high efficiency,lays a firm foundation in creating a century-standing enterprise and makes useful attempt in further enriching and improving the management and control system for a group.
