| 中文摘要: | 国际船舶代理,作为国际贸易和国际航运服务不可或缺的环节,对我国的对外经济交往和国际进出口贸易等发挥着重要作用。随着世界经济加快发展,尤其是各行各业的创新和更换周期变得越来越快,作为传统行业的船舶代理,也面临着许多新的挑战,因而如何推动企业改革,突破固有的发展瓶颈,提高市场竞争力,就成为船舶代理企业必须思考和研究的课题。本文正是基于这样的背景,以远东环球物流集团为例,重点研究船舶代理企业的流程再造和流程管理的实施等相关问题。 本文主要运用文献检索、案例分析和模型分析等方法,对船舶代理企业流程管理的必要性和具体方案的重新设计与实施等问题进行研究。首先在简要概括研究背景和研究思路的基础上,简要介绍了流程管理的定义,并进一步梳理概括了船舶代理流程管理的要素和特点。其次,本文从企业自身、相关联检部门和船舶代理行业等三个角度论述了对远东环球物流集团代理模式进行改善和实施流程管理的必要性,并进一步梳理了远东环球物流集团目前的代理业务流程,同时结合公司的两则具体案例分析了公司运营目前存在的问题和弊端。最后,针对这些问题,本文从流程再造入手,提出了一系列改善设想和应对措施,并重新设计了业务流程,特别是通过企业信息平台和反馈系统的建立,完善了企业流程管理,及时有效解决了企业发展面临的问题,推动企业实现持续、快速、健康发展。 通过上述研究,本文认为实施流程管理是船舶代理企业适应市场新要求、实现转型升级的必然选择。远东环球物流集团只有转变旧有思路和代理模式,以流程为核心、客户需求为导向进行流程重组和再造,通过信息共享平台和反馈系统的建设提高业务效率,缩短客户的时间成本,赢取客户满意,才能在竞争激烈的物流市场中立于不败之地。远东环球物流集团的流程再造对整个船舶代理行业的转型发展来说,是十分有益的尝试,具有重要的启示意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the essential sector in the international trading and shipping business service, the industry of international shipping agency plays significant roles in the external economic intercourse and international exporting and importing business of our country. With the fast growing of the world economy and shortened period of innovation and change in several of industries, the traditional industries, especially shipping agency, have to face the new challenge. Thus, shipping agency enterprises should think and research seriously how to reform themselves and break through the present bottleneck in order to improve their competitiveness. Based on the background, this article takes the example of Fareast Global Logistics Group and researches the problems about the restructuring process and process management of shipping agency enterprises. In this paper, we do the research on the necessity of shipping agency enterprise process management and the design of the concrete scheme by literature retrieval, case analysis and model analysis. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the research background and ideas, this paper introduces the definition of process management and combs the elements and characteristics of the shipping agency process management. Then it discusses the necessity of the agent model improvement and process management for Fareast Global Logistics Group on the angle of enterprise itself, the related inspection department and the shipping agency industry. Next it combs the agency business processes of Fareast Global Logistics Group and analyzes two cases in order to find the problems in the enterprises operation. Finally, to solve these problems, this article puts forward a series of improvement ideas and countermeasures, and redesigns the business process from the perspective of restructuring process. Especially through the establishment of the enterprise information platform and feedback system, the new scheme perfects the enterprise process management, and solves the problems on the enterprise development timely and effectively, which promotes the continuous, rapid and healthy development of enterprise. According to this research, the conclusion of this article is that the process management is to the inevitable choice of shipping agency enterprises in order to satisfy the new requirements of market. The Fareast Universal Logistics Group has to change the old train of thought and agency mode, and reengineer the agency process with the process as core and the customer demand as the guidance. Through the construction of the information sharing platform and feedback system, the enterprise can improve business efficiency and shorten the time cost of customers in order to win customer satisfaction and keep the impregnable position in the fierce competition of logistics market. The process reengineering of Fareast Universal Logistics Group is a very beneficial attempt and plays the vital enlightening role in the development of shipping agency industry. | |
