| 中文摘要: | 在经济全球化脚步日益加快的今天,市场竞争愈演愈烈。在这一环境下,企业的竞争更加的激烈,随着社会的不断发展,高质量、低成本、短时间内提供客户需要的产品和服务成为了企业竞争的关键之处,作为其中一个重要因素,时间日益受到人们的重视,而对于时间的管理也显得更加重要。对于设计企业来说,如何进行设计项目的时间进度管理是需要重点考虑的问题,然而由于设计项目自身的独特性需要在进行进度管理的时候掌握一定的方法,如对于具有主观性的设计内容做好上下环节的衔接和沟通等。对于项目时间管理尤其是设计项目的时间管理研究大概从20世纪60年代开始,伴随着一些重要的项目时间管理工具如甘特图、关键路径计划、计划评审技术等也被发明并广泛的运用开来,我国虽然项目有着很早的起源,但是对于其管理的系统研究要晚一些,其理论思想也是传自国外,但是其发展速度非常快,无论是理论界还是实业界都愈发认识到项目时间管理的重要意义。因而本文选取实际设计项目案例——东北郊热电厂供热工程设计项目对其进行项目时间管理进行研究。项目时间管理的目的主要是为了制订一个良好的项目进度计划,它的过程主要分为活动定义,活动排序,活动历时估计,制定进度计划和进度控制方面,在本案例中主要通过前期准备,中期设计及后期服务三个环节来体现。本文在前人已有文献研究基础上,运用项目时间管理的理论,结合本案例设计项目的特点对天津市热电设计院承接的东北郊热电厂供热工程设计项目进行时间管理分析研究,通过进行实地考察得到详细的资料,并找出影响本设计项目进度的因素,然后运用项目时间管理工具对设计过程进行进度管理和控制,最终在工程方要求的日期之前完成了设计报告,使得设计项目圆满结束。本文的研究得出了有价值的结论,提炼了项目经验和教训,总结了不足之处并提出一定的建议,也为我院的设计工作提供了宝贵的财富。并进一步地论证了时间管理在整个设计项目管理中的重要性,也为企业实现有效的设计项目时间管理提供一些借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Quickening the pace of economic globalization today, the market competition intensified. In this environment, enterprise's competition is more intense, with the continuous development of society, high quality, low cost, short period of time to provide customers need products and services has become the key of enterprise competition, as one of the important factors, time is paid attention to by the people day by day, and for time management also appears more important. The design project is a class to design as the main content and purpose of the project. For design business, how to schedule management design project is important to consider the issue, but because of their own unique design project schedule management needs during the time to master certain methods, such as for design content subjectivity do Good upper and lower part of the cohesion and communication. Time for project management, especially time management research design project probably from the 1960s began, along with a number of important projects, such as time management tools Gantt, Critical Path Initiative, PERT, also was invented and widely used, although the project has our early origins, but for the systematic study of its management would be late, its theoretical ideas also came from abroad, But its development is very fast, either theory or the business community are increasingly recognizing the importance of project time management. Thus we selected cases the actual design of the project - a suburb northeast of heating power plant engineering project of its project time management research. The main aim of the project time management is to establish a good project schedule, it mainly divides into the process of the activity definition, activity sequencing, activity duration estimating, schedule plan and schedule control, in this case is mainly through the preparation, design and mid late service to reflect in three stages. In this thesis, based on previous research literature, using the theory of project time management, combining the characteristics of the present case design project in Tianjin Institute to undertake a suburb northeast of the thermoelectric power plant heating engineering design project time management analysis by field Investigation obtain detailed information, and to identify the factors affecting the design of the project schedule, then the use of project time management tool designed to manage and control the process of progress, culminating in the square before the date required for completion of the project design report, makes the design of the project to a successful conclusion . This study obtained valuable conclusions, refine the project experience and lessons summed up the deficiencies and make some recommendations, but also provides a valuable asset to our hospital design work. Through the study of this article, it further demonstrates the importance of time management in the whole design project management, and realizes effective project time management for the enterprise to provide some reference. | |
