中文摘要：	数字校园建设近年来在高校进行的如火如荼，高校会计核算的电子化和网络化是数字校园建设的重要组成，高校财务信息系统在为高校师生在财务报销、科研经费管理、预算管理等方面提供了很大便利，但是由于财务系统的专业性，师生在使用过程中也出现了许多问题，本文以南开大学为研究背景，从高校财务系统的用户角度出发，对高校财务信息系统的可用性进行研究，从系统的界面、使用效率、易用性、易学习性、容错机制和用户满意度六个方面进行分析。 本文在前期通过对可用性研究相关文献进行分析，初步了解了可用性研究的现状，结合笔者的知识积累和相关工作经验确定了研究选题，并初步拟出财务信息系统可用性评价指标体系，接下来确定研究方法并进行实验研究，实验的主要目的是为了进行系统可用性访谈，主要对访谈数据进行分析然后修正笔者拟出的高校财务信息系统可用性评价指标体系。本研究的主要目的：（1）通过对南开大学财务报销系统进行可用性实验和访谈，提出一套适用于高校财务信息系统的可用性评价指标体系；（2）并对财务报销系统目前在可用性方面存在的问题提出改进建议。希望通过提高财务报销系统的可用性，进一步提高高校财务工作的效率和服务满意度。 本研究中主要做了以下的工作：首先分析可用性研究相关文献，从中选择可用性评价的相关指标，并拟出财务系统可用性评价指标体系；结合笔者实务中遇到的可用性方面问题设计问卷并进行预调研和预访谈；从教学科研人员、学生、行政人员和会计中选取27人进行可用性测试实验，其中有3人为预实验人员，为了避免学习效应影响，实验中根据Latin Square 排序结果安排被测试者的实验顺序；实验结束后对实验结果进行分析，并根据实验的结果对可用性评价指标体系进行修正，并提出完善的对策。本文在研究中通过28个指标对财务系统的可用性进行评价，在评价指标中加入了对用户情感因素的评价，是高校财务系统的可用性评价研究中的一次有益探索。
英文摘要：	The construction of digital campus in Colleges and universities is in full swing, the electronic and network of accounting calculation is an important part of the construction of digital campus, university financial information system provide a great convenience to teachers and students for financial reimbursement, scientific research funds management, budget management, etc.Since the financial system is very professional，there have been many errors in the course of teachers and students’ use process, this paper is a case study of NanKai university, It mainly analyzes the using efficiency, ease of use, easy to learn, fault-tolerant mechanism and user satisfaction six aspects. In the early stage, Read some papers about usability, and makes a preliminary understanding of the current situation of the research, combined with the author's knowledge accumulation and related work experience, and then determines the research topics, and the preliminary evaluation index system of financial information system. The main purpose of this research: (1) proposed a set of usability evaluation index system for the financial information system，after the study of the financial Information system of Nankai University. (2) proposed the improvement suggestions for the financial reimbursement system. Hope that by improving the financial reimbursement system of the availability, to further improve the efficiency and service satisfaction of college financial work. In this study, we have done the following work: Firstly, the availability of research literature, evaluate the availability of relevant indicators from which to choose, and to prepare the financial system usability evaluation system; combined with the author practical problems encountered in the design of the questionnaire and the availability of pre- research and pre-interviews; from teaching and research staff, students, administrative staff and 27 were selected accounting usability testing experiments, including three man-made pre-laboratory personnel, in order to avoid learning Effect, scheduled to be tested by experiment, according to Latin Square Sort Results The experimental sequence; end of the experiment the experimental results were analyzed and the results of experimental evaluation system availability amendment, and proposed improvement measures. Based on the study by 28 indicators to evaluate the availability of the financial system, the index added to the user's emotional factors evaluation, usability evaluation of university financial system is a beneficial exploration.
