中文摘要:伴随着信息膨胀的到来和数字图书馆的出现,图书馆用户可利用的信息越来越多,与此同时在庞杂的信息中获取到有用信息的难度越来越大,用户面临较为严重的“信息超载”(Information Overload)和“信息迷航”(Information Confusion)问题。对高校图书馆而言,随着数字图书馆的建设和电子资源的引进,图书馆的资源量几何式增长,电子资源的种类和载体多种多样,各类数据库信息容量、查询界面、提问方式各不相同,这就给用户提出了更高的要求,需要用户具有一定的检索技能、付出时间和耐心。对于高职院校的学生群体(尤其是新生群体)来说,想要准确找到自己需要的信息越来越困难。这种获取的障碍,一定程度上造成了用户失去对图书馆的信息依赖。因此图书馆开展信息推送服务,个性化定制有用信息成为了大势所趋。与此同时,在全国范围内职业教育改革在稳步推进,高职院校的财政投入在逐年加大,高职院校图书馆面临着良好的发展机遇,这为图书馆创新信息服务提供了环境保障。 本文关注刚刚入学的新生群体,以信息推送服务为研究对象,尝试构建基于用户需求的适宜高职院校图书馆的新生信息推送服务模式,并为高职院校开展信息推送服务提出具体对策,以期探索出切实有效、适宜推广的信息推送服务模式。 为了构建符合需求的高职院校新生信息推送服务模式,本研究选取山东商务职业学院图书馆为具体实例,采用问卷和访谈两种调查方法,分别对已入校2014级新生和2015级未入校新生进行信息需求调查。研究发现:入学前,新生及家长普遍表现出信息饥渴,且没有稳定、权威的信息获取渠道,急切期待信息推送服务。入学阶段,新生群体需求的信息类型较为集中统一,且普遍不能准确表达自己的学科信息需求,进入授课阶段之后,需求的差异化越来越明显。基于该研究发现,结合高职院校图书馆信息服务现状,本研究有针对性地制定了相关推送策略,对信息推送服务的开展提出了具体建议,构建了高职院校图书馆针对新生推送服务模型,并拟制了推送服务评价体系。 
英文摘要:Accompanied by the expansion of the information and the emergence of digital libraries, library users can take advantage of more and more information available; while at the same time ,it is harder to get useful information in the numerous and disorderly information, library users are faced with a more serious “information overload”. For the university library, the degree of specialization of its users is relatively high, so the specialization of the users intensifies the contradiction between the huge amount of information and the effective access to information. With the construction of Digital Library and the introduction of electronic resources, the amount of resources in the library is presenting the geometry type growth, simultaneously, the type of electronic resources and the carrier is varied quickly. Various database information capacity and query interface has proposed more requirements to users, requiring them to have a certain amount of retrieval skills, time and patience. Therefore, it is increasingly difficult to find the information they need for students of vocational colleges (especially for college freshmen). This kind of gain barrier has in certain degree created the user to lose dependency on library information. Therefore the library information push service, especially pushing the personalized useful information has become the trend of the times. At the same time, the reform of Vocational Education in the country is steadily advancing, the financial investment in vocational colleges is enlarged year by year, and the total number of students is increasing steadily, higher vocational college library is faced with good development opportunities, which has provided environmental protection for innovation of library information service. This article has paid attention to the freshmen, and taken the information push service as the object of study, trying to build an appropriate Information Push Service Mode based on user requirements for higher vocational college library .And it has proposed specific measures for vocational colleges to carry out the information push service, in order to explore practical and effective promotion of information push service mode. In order to construct the information push service mode for the freshmen in vocational colleges, this study has selected the library of Shandong Business Institute as the specific case, it has carried on the investigation for 2014 and 2015 new freshmen, using both questionnaire and interview survey method. The research has discovered that, before enrollment, students and parents generally show information hunger, they look forward to the information push service while there is no stable, authoritative information access channels .In the entry stage, freshmen demand more centralized type of information, and generally can not accurately express their information requirements, while After entering the teaching stage, the difference of the demand is increasingly obvious. Based on the present situation of library information service in Vocational Colleges, the study has proposed specific measures to carry out the information push service, explored effective promotion of information push service mode for the fresh, and prepared a push service evaluation system.
