中文摘要：	高职院校作为高等教育的重要部分，已经占据了我国普通高等教育的半壁江山。图书馆是高职院校的信息中心，支持学校的教学和科研，与教师队伍，实验室并称为高等学校的三大支柱。但是高职图书馆的利用一直都不是非常乐观。本研究旨在以A高职图书馆为例，考察高职图书馆的利用现状及原因。本研究的主要内容包括两部分，一是考察我国目前高职教育的发展环境下，高职图书馆利用的利用情况，包括纸质资源、电子资源与图书馆空间资源。二是挖掘高职图书馆利用率低下的现实原因与深层原因。本研究主要采用问卷调查、深度访谈及实地观察的方法。运用spss对学生群体的问卷调查进行统计分析。研究发现，A高职图书馆利用率非常低，学生们利用图书馆的资源比较单一，主要利用图书馆的自习室，使用过阅览室借还书的学生仅有26.4%，登陆过图书馆网站的仅为7.6%；以全国平均借阅率30%做参照，图书馆的借阅率也非常低，A高职图书馆2011-2014年连续四年的借阅率分别是2.4%、1.85%、0.99%、0.65%。教师主要利用图书馆的电子资源，教师利用图书馆的主要情境是教学和科研；读者不利用图书馆的主要原因是，图书馆开馆时间不合理、网络的冲击及图书馆资源的匮乏；深层原因主要在于制度、观念及领导力。本研究的研究局限为：1.仅做个体研究，无法做广泛推广。2.在编排问卷和采访时，受研究者个人看法和能力的限制，使研究的一些细节无法充分体现。
英文摘要：	Vocational colleges as an important part of higher education, has occupied half of the higher education in china. The library is the information center of the vocational colleges, supporting the teaching and scientific research of the school, library with the teachers' team,laboratory is the three pillars of the higher school. But the utilization of the library in higher vocational colleges is not very optimistic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status and the reasons of the utilization of the libraries of higher vocational colleges,take A higher vocational college as an example. This research includes two parts, one is to investigate the utilization of Library in Vocational Education in our country at present, including paper resources, electronic resources and library space resources. Two is the practical reasons and the deep reasons of the low utilization ratio of the library in Vocational colleges. This research mainly uses the method of questionnaire, depth interview and field observation. Using SPSS statistical analysis the questionnaire for student groups,. It is found that the utilization rate of A vocational library is very low, and the library resources of the students use is very simple too, for borrwing book to library is only 26.4%, which is only 7.6% of the library's website.Compareand to the average of borrwing rate 30% in china ,the borrwing rate of A library is very low,the borrwing rate of the library of A vocational college for four consecutive years is 2.4%,1.85%,0.99% and 0.65%. Teacher mainly uses the library's electronic resources, the main situation of teachers use the library is teaching and scientific research; the main reason for the readers not use the library is opening hours not reasonable, the use of network and the lack of library resources; deep reason is in system, idea and leadership. The limitations of this study are as follows: 1 only do case study, can not do extensive promotion. 2 in the questionnaire and interview, limit by the researcher's personal views and ability, some of the details of the study can not be fully reflected.
