中文摘要：	矿业是一国国民经济的基础产业，矿业的发展是我国保障矿产资源供给安全、向制造业强国转化过程中的重要因素，而矿业资本市场是我国矿业转型，实现质的飞跃的关键。我国资本市场经过20余年的发展，已基本形成了结构合理的多层次资本市场体系，而我国矿业资本市场在孕育、发展的过程中，远远落后于整体资本市场的发展，与世界发达矿业国家更是严重脱节、差距甚大，矿业资本市场发育不足，造成我国现阶段矿业企业融资困难，矿业资本市场结构性矛盾突出。深入研究我国矿业资本市场的发展现状并探索下一步的发展路径，对我国矿业发展十分重要。本文在厘清基本理论概念、考察国际矿业资本市场发展态势的基础上，由矿业融资现状及存在的问题出发，统计、整理我国现行矿业资本市场数据，通过定量和定性分析，总结我国矿业资本市场的市场结构、流动性水平、时间分布等特征，并归纳我国矿业资本市场的主要问题，根据现实情况和现存问题提出多层次资本市场建设的必要性、可行性，以及实现的路径。论文开始的文献综述回顾了矿业、矿业权、矿产资源和矿业权市场的相关理论，总结了多层次资本市场和矿业资本市场理论及国内外多层次资本市场的发展情况，结合前人理论，对多层次矿业资本市场这一概念进行了定义和界定。然后，在相关理论基础上，探讨我国矿业企业融资现状和存在问题，由此引出我国矿业资本市场所存在的问题，并针对问题对我国矿业资本市场的现状进行了归纳、分析，通过数据统计和定性分析，总结出我国矿业资本市场现在的总体结构、规模分布、行业分布和时间分布等特征，得出了我国矿业资本市场发育不均衡，多层次矿业资本市场尚未成型的结论。在此基础上，通过内外因分析，说明我国多层次矿业资本市场的必要性和可行性。论文还以加拿大和澳大利亚资本市场为范例，对国外发达矿业国家的资本市场进行学习和经验总结，最后提出了建设我国多层次矿业资本市场的总体路线和具体措施。
英文摘要：	Mining is a basic industry of national economy, development of mining industry is the guarantee of resource supply, while mining capital market is the key to transformation of China's mining industry, and the key to achieve a qualitative leap of mining industry. After 20 years’ development, China's mining capital market is still at the nurturing stage, far away behind the overall development of the developed countries’ capital markets, resulting in shortage of mining capital market and prominent structural contradictions. In this paper, on the basis of the basic theoretical concepts and international mining capital market development trend, based on statistics, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, to analyze the features and the main problems of China’s mining capital markets. Based on the realities and existing problems, putting forward the necessity and feasibility of multi-level capital market development, and the path to achieve it. Literature review firstly reviews the theory of the mining industry, mining rights, mineral resources and mining rights market, summarizes the concepts of the capital markets and multi-level capital market, and the situation of domestic and foreign multi-level capital market. Then, studies on the foreign capital markets in developed mining countries, and lessons learned. After that, the article focuses on the current situation of China's mining capital market, by statistical and qualitative analysis, the overall structure, scale distribution, industrial distribution and other characteristics are summed up, and come to a conclusion that our country mining capital market development is not balanced; multi-level mining capital market has not yet formed. On this basis, by analysis from internal and external causes, explain the necessity and feasibility of multi-level mining capital markets. Finally, the construction roadmap and specific measures of building multi-level mining capital markets are suggested.
