中文摘要:国际工程总承包联合体模式是一种新兴的国际化、集约化的组合管理模式,且日益成为国际总承包领域的重要经营模式。中国的建筑企业以国内外联合体的模式参与EPC工程项目的项目管理,和国际大型的工程公司相比管理体系,管理方法和运作模式还有一定的差距。解决并提高中国建筑企业的实力,开拓更广泛的市场,获得更大更复杂的大型工程项目需要借鉴学习国外先进的工程管理理念和管理模式。从项目管理的角度来看,成立联合体去执行项目可以提高专业技术水平,增强综合竞争能力,有利于资源优化组合,有利于降低单个承包商承接工程的风险。 本文结合项目管理理论、集成管理理论、控制理论等,在查阅文献资料的基础上,针对中外EPC联合体模式的特点,以承包商的视角,从理论和案例两个方面对中外联合体EPC工程项目集成管理进行了研究。 本文首先研究了EPC项目联合体的一般特性,对联合体的概念、主体、和法律特征、特点、成因和类型等进行详细的分析;其次对联合体从开始之初的关键步骤组建,双方确立的联合体协议以及组织架构等方面进行全面的论述,并分析研究了在中外联合体EPC项目中采用集成管理的必要性;在此基础上本文围绕EPC项目内部管理的一些机制和特点,按照集成管理的理念发掘联合体内部的几个要素,选取成本、质量、风险为主的三个要素进行剖析,分析和研究集成管理模式下三者的内在联系和相互促进,联合体框架下的标准、原则、和方法,针对中外联合体项目背景下的集成管理模式进行研究和分析;最后,本文以珠海LNG建设项目为案例,对集成管理在中外联合体模式下项目执行过程中的应用进行了分析,并印证了其在大型工程建设项目中应用的先进性和优越性,同时结合理论研究,提出了在实际执行过程中的不足之处及改进办法。 本文从理论和实践两个方面对中外联合体EPC工程项目集成管理进行了分析,选取项目成本、质量、风险三要素进行了较为深入的研究,为我国建筑企业走向国际承包市场,对中外联合体模式下的项目管理提供了一些有益的启示和借鉴。 
英文摘要:Consortium mode for international EPC project execution is an oncoming internationalized and intensive integrated project management mode. It is widely adopted by Chinese and foreign engineering companies as an important model for international EPC project execution. When being involved in EPC project management in a Sino-foreign consortium mode, Chinese engineering companies obviously have gap in management system, management methods and execution mode compared with international large-scale engineering companies. To learn and reference international advanced project management concept and highly developed project mode is a practical way to improve Chinese companies’ strength and expand market to win larger and more complex projects. In view of project management, to form a consortium for large and complex project execution on one hand could enhance contractor’s professional level and comprehensive competitive strength and on the other hand is better to integrate resources and reduce risks of single contractor. Guided by project management theory, integration management theory and control theory and based on the ground of consulting relevant documents, this thesis gives research, from contractor’s point of view, on integration management of Sino-foreign consortium EPC project theoretically and practically, combining characteristic of Sino-foreign consortium. Firstly, this thesis gives research on general characteristic of consortium for EPC project and detailed analyses concept, object, legal characteristics, distinguishing feature, origin and type. Secondly, this thesis gives discussion on key steps (back ground of consortium, principle and standard of selection) of forming a consortium at initial phase, consortium agreement, consortium organization, etc. and discusses the necessity of utilizing integration management in Sino-foreign consortium mode EPC project execution. On basis of above study, combining EPC project internal characteristics, this thesis selected cost, quality and risk as key factors regarding integration management concept to study the internal relationship and mutual improvement among these three key factors by analyzing standards, principles and methods under the background of integration management mode. Finally, this thesis takes Zhuhai LNG Project as a reference case to analyze the application situation of integration management mode in Sino-foreign consortium EPC project execution and gives conclusion that integration management mode in consortium EPC project execution has its superiority and progressiveness. At the same time, this thesis analyzes problems and suggestion for correction during Zhuhai LNG Project execution by integrating theory into practice. This thesis gives research on integration management of Sino-foreign consortium EPC project theoretically and practically and deeply discusses internal relationship, characteristic, standards and methods of project cost, quality and risk as key factors, giving beneficial ideas and suggestions of integration management model application to consortium EPC project execution to help Chinese engineering companies to achieve bigger success in international engineering market.
