中文摘要:伴随互联网经济的迅猛崛起,愈来愈多的大型传统企业纷纷启动“互联网+”进程,国家电网公司作为全球最大的公用事业企业,也提出了“一个商城、两个平台”(即电子商城、电动汽车车联网服务平台与第三方支付平台)的电子商务建设目标,其中电子商城是国家电网公司电子商务业务的核心。作为一家大型央企,国家电网公司准备建设一个什么样的电子商城、怎样建设运营,对其他传统企业进军电子商务行业无疑具有重要借鉴意义,同时,国家电网公司电子商城也承载着更好地传播清洁能源、智能用电理念,助力全球能源互联网建设的使命。本文拟运用网络经济与竞争战略分析相关理论框架,对国家电网公司电子商城面临的内外部发展环境进行深入分析,并梳理提炼国家电网公司电子商城的核心竞争能力,明确国家电网公司电子商城的竞争战略,最后对其分阶段战略实施进行全面思考,提出建设性意见。本文的创新点主要有:首次对大型电力企业电子商务发展战略进行分析研究,并综合运用文献研究法、案例分析法,以国家电网公司为鲜活样本,对传统企业发展电子商务面临的优势与不足进行全面剖析,并提出适用性竞争战略与保障措施,对其他企业提供有益借鉴。在研究内容上,本文将较多地关注企业内部经营体制机制变革方面,注重以“剖麻雀”思路开展顶层设计,从现象、数据中找规律,解决企业在具体经营实践中可能遇到的难题。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the Internet economy, more and more large traditional enterprises have started the process of "Internet plus”. The State Grid Corporation of China, as the world's largest public utility cooperation, proposes the electronic commerce construction goal "one mall, two platform”, which refers to electronic mall,electric mobile networking and the third-party payment platform. Electronic mall becomes the core work of E-commerce business of the State Grid Cooperation.As a large state-owned enterprise, what kind of electronic mall the State Grid Cooperation construct and how to operate will become the most important experience to help other traditional enterprises to construct E-commerce business. Meanwhile, the State Grid Cooperation takes the responsible to spread the idea of using clean energy, using power intelligently, and construct global energy internet. This paper intends to use the net economic and competitive strategy to analyze theory framework, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the internal and external development environment which electronic mall will confront. Then, refining the core competitive power of electronic mall, and concluding the competitive strategy. At last, analyzing the strategy by stages and putting forward constructive suggestions There is a new idea presenting in paper. It is the first time to conduct a research on development strategy of e-commerce of the large power enterprise. The paper sets the State Grid Corporation of China as an example, and uses literature research, case analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional company to construct the E-commerce business. Then, putting forward the applicably competitive strategy and supporting measures, which is beneficial to other enterprises. Base on the research content, the paper mainly focuses on the reformation of enterprise internal management system, and finds the law from data and the phenomenon to solve the problems which enterprise will encounter in the practice.
