中文摘要:天津物产集团有限公司是本文的研究主题,它是我国的一家大型的大宗商品贸易流通企业。近年来,我国大宗商品市场的低迷,产能严重过剩,大宗商品信用体系崩塌,重复质押、互联互保事件频出,导致许多大宗商品贸易流通企业经营困难,全行业经营效益严重下降。加之企业间的同质化竞争激烈,行业内的企业亟需转型升级,找寻新的竞争优势。 首先,本文通过对国内以钢铁行业为代表大宗商品行业的发展现状进行细致分析,总结其存在的突出问题。随后将天津物产集团与国内外同行业竞争对手进行经营模式的对比分析,结合“互联网+”行动计划,寻找行业在未来的发展方向:即通过发展电子商务,优化和解决传统大宗商品贸易流通企业存在的问题,助力企业实现转型升级。为了发挥天津物产集团的传统优势,设计出公司基于产业集成服务的战略定位和服务模式,根据行业竞争格局、公司的优劣势进行了 SWOT和PEST分析。本文重点研究内容是从钢铁品种入手,结合服务战略及供应链集成理论,为天津物产集团有限公司分析并设计在线供应链集成服务模式,提出基于交易、金融、物流、大数据分析的产业集成服务模式,并分别针对各个服务模式提出了具体的实施保障策略。 通过大量的数据进行分析比对后发现,相较于传统的单一服务模式,基于电子商务的产业集成服务战略是更为先进和高效的服务模式。本文认为基于电子商务的产业集成服务,是从客户的实际需求出发,能为产业链从上游釆购到下游销售提供全程的解决方案,通过整合商品流、物流、资金流、信息流实现“四流合一”,最终完成电商的O2O落地。这种集成服务形式可以改变大宗商贸流通企业传统的“一买一卖”的贸易商角色,转变为“服务商”角色。其盈利方式更为丰富,平台对客户的粘性更强,是当前行业内值得大力推荐的一种服务模式。但同时,本文所提出的产业集成服务战略模式是基于天津物产集团自身经营特色得出的,目前国内还未有成功案例,有待实践探索。 
英文摘要:The TEWOO Group which is a large commodity commercial enterprise is the object of this thesis. In recent years, China's commodity market continued downturn and had some problem, it includes:serious excess capacity,commodity credit system collapse, repeat the pledge and mutual interconnection frequent events, causing many commodity trade circulation enterprises operating difficulties, industry-wide operating efficiency in serious decline. Coupled with intense homogeneous competition among enterprises, companies within the industry need to upgrade and find new competitive advantages. Firstly, the development situation in the steel industry as the representative of the domestic industry commodities careful analysis, summarized by highlighting the problem of its existence. Followed by the Tewoo Group at home and abroad are compared with industry competitors business model, combined with the "Internet +" action plan, looking at the future direction of the industry: that is, through the development of E-commerce, optimization and solve the traditional commodity trade circulation enterprises problems, help enterprises to achieve the transformation and upgrading. In order to play the traditional advantages of the Tewoo Group, to design strategic positioning and service models based on industry integration services company, according to industry competition, the company's advantages and disadvantages of the SWOT and PEST analysis. This article focuses on content from varieties of steel, combining service and supply chain integration strategy theory, the Tewoo Group Limited analysis and design of online supply chain integration service model, based on the proposed transaction, finance, logistics, big data analytics Industry Integration Services mode, and it was put forward specific safeguards policy for each service mode. According to many data were analyzed,compared to the traditional single service model, based on E-commerce industry is more advanced integrated service strategy and efficient service model. This thesis argues that industry-based E-commerce integration services, from the actual needs of customers, can provide the industry chain to provide full solutions available from upstream procurement to downstream sales, logistics, capital flow, information flow of goods through the integration of the "Four streams-One", the final completion of the electricity supplier O2O landing. This integrated form of services can change the traditional "a buying and selling",the trader roles bulk commercial enterprises, into a "service provider" role. Its earnings richer way, more viscous platform for customers, is the current industry comes highly recommended as a service model. But at the same time, the proposed industrial integration services strategy model is based on the Tewoo Group's own operating characteristics derived, currently there are success stories yet, pending practice.
