中文摘要：	随着检测市场的不断开放，政府职能转变的同时，掀起了机关事业单位的改革浪潮。2015年新的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》的出台与实施，更是明确了国家加强环境监测管理的决心。第三方环境检测市场将缓步对社会开放，竞争势必也会愈发激烈起来。 HK公司是一个有着科学研究院背景的第三方环境检测企业。体制内的特殊的背景使得想要社会化发展的公司在市场运行过程中暴露出了越来越多管理上的问题。公司本身没有网络化的办公系统，信息的传递往往依靠电话，口述和少量的邮件。当大量的信息在公司与客户间、部门与部门间、员工与员工间迅速传递、共享时，往往会有不及时，不准确，关键信息丢失等情况的出现。造成流程的混乱，导致管理失控。 本文通过阐述HK公司的业务特点，分析造成公司环境检测业务部分工作流程混乱，沟通失效的原因后，在整合信息的基础上运用流程优化的理论，从转变组织结构开始对公司的环境检测业务进行优化。并依靠信息化建设，引入信息系统辅助沟通，解决公司业务流程优化的问题。例如利用实验室管理系统管理样品的检测过程和实验室信息资源，进行数据和信息的收集、分析和管理等。利用办公自动化系统管理报告的信息化收集与检索。利用工作流技术的自动流转特性管理信息在部门和部门之间，人员与人员之间的自动流转，将固定的流程计算机化，通过建立阶段的设计，运行阶段的控制，运行阶段的人机交互，表单的设计与集成来提高工作效率。希望借助本文的研究，可以为HK公司接下来发展中的管理流程优化提供一定的理论支持与实践参考。

The third-party environmental testing market will gradually release, the competition is increasingly fierce. HK company was the center lab of AES. The special background makes it more and more management problems that the company wants to develop in the market. The company itself has no network of office systems, the transfer of information often rely on phone, oral and a small amount of mail.
